They are the worst. No shows even though they repeatedly say they will stop by. Overcharging on an other plumbing visit. Try to be reasonable and they even promise up and down they will take care of plumbing issues
I highly recommend using Raymar for your plumbing needs. Their rates are reasonable and they do quality work. We have used them twice for repairs to our shower, one of the instances being an emergency call the day after Thanksgiving. Setting up the appointment was easy and the staff answering the phones are courteous and extremely helpful. We received a call when the technician was on their way and they showed up within minutes. Pete was the technician dispatched to our home most recently. He was prompt, did a thorough job, and was very neat.
Unless you've got lots of time to waste, don't bother calling Raymar Plumbing Services. They are unprofessional and incompetent. After having 3 business days and the full and complete information about a residential hot water heater that only needed to have the pilot light re-lit (or, at the worst, the ignitor switch replaced), they set up an appointment, called 3 times during the day to say they were on the way, then did not show up. Instead, they waited until the end of their work day to call and state they had the wrong part! No apology, no explanation as to why they waited so long to go to their warehouse and pick up the part. No regard for the time and inconvenience of the customer. Perhaps, unlike most other businesses, Raymar Plumbing has too much business and just doesn't give a crap about a mere hot water heater. Or, perhaps they get their kicks out of lying and leading a customer to believe they are actually doing their job. I called another plumber, who arrived within 30 minutes and re-lit the pilot light within 5 minutes!
