Jim was available to come to my house right away when I called him about a plumbing leak concern. It turned out I didn't have a leak, thank goodness. I asked him about replacing my old 1997 water heater. He was able to order one and have it installed within 1 week. I am very happy with his service and I am now enjoying nice, hot showers again.
