Great service, fair prices, totally reliable. I've used Ray the Plumber many times over the years, as my house is pretty old, and they've always come through. Never feel like I'm getting a raw deal (especially on the weekends when most plumbers charge extra). I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong.

I called Ray thr Plumber for a leak in my bathroom. Long story short the valve that feeds the toilet was leaking and the float in the toilet needed to be replaced. While he's here the valves under the sink are just as old so do them too.
Have to say they came on time the plumber was professional and polite. He did a great job.
BUT.... it was $60 at most in material and my bill for a 2 hour call was $600
I was given the bill beforehand and knew what was going to be charged.
Had a licensed plumber in the house. Tax Return coming. Just do it.
Other than the cost they were great.
Because of the cost i would not recommend.

Service person was very good & new his job.Replace guts in shower upstairs.Took him all of 15 min. 358.41 I feel ripped off. I will never call Ray the plumber again.

I called Ray The Plumber to fix a leaky diverter valve in our bathroom. Anthony and Ed were friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and the repair was done promptly. I would use Ray The plumber again if the occasion arises.

If you are looking for outstanding customer service this is the place to call. They were professional, caring and know what they are doing!! This was an emergency situation and they were here in 20 minutes. The plumbers were so outstanding and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!!

Had a Toto toilet break down on July 3rd and of course having a 40 people over July 4th for a party. Called, had a service set-up with a window. Plumber arrived during the window, fixed the problem. The service was excellent. Something that I could not repair was repaired so I will use them again without hesitation.

Biggest rip offer ever
Ridiculous prices and treated me like I was completely ignorant.
Had private local plumber do same job for almost quarter of price they quoted. He was done in 25 minutes n charged 150$. They quoted 700$ I paid the fee for quote n sent guy on his way. I would not given any stars but yelp wouldn't let me post without at least one

My 80 year old Mother had them change out the toilet fill valve, flapper etc..
They charged her $260- total parts labor tax. for what amounts to $20+-/parts
and 1/2 hour or less in time.

Called them to have some really easy work done. I even diagnosed the problem myself and was able to tell them exactly what to do. All I wanted was for them to do the cutting, braising, and final check for me. The guy came in, told me he didn't have the part needed in his truck, said he would call later to do the job, then never did. On his way out, he was sure to charge me a $40 fee for the privilege of having him step into my house for 5 minutes. Definitely too big of an operation to provide attentive service. Maybe they should focus more on doing the work than throwing parties and getting custom paint jobs for their trucks.

1st time using Ray The Plumber and we had Marc as our technician. I was very pleased with his work. He was a very nice guy and did a great job. The customer service was also very good. Kristina in the office was very pleasant on the phone. I highly recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.
