Needed a simple adapter to connect my shower handle into the valve in order to switch water on and change between hot and cold water. A simple fix or so I thought. Guys from ray the plumber came and instead of ordering me the part and installing which is much cheaper they recommended they break my tile wall open, lift the valve and install a totally new valve head which was significantly more ... why insult my intelligence ? Lol how'd a simple fix turn into a whole job ?

What I thought was my dishwasher leaking turned out to be a pipe from the sink behind the wall. Tim showed me exactly where it was coming from. Very clear to see what was going on. It was a pricey job amongst a few other things that needed to be done, but the work was done and I have peace of mind. Plus a year guarantee on the work which is great! Tim was very professional and he had his apprentice with him, Jeff I believe his name was. Very respectful and professional guys. I will definitely use their services again.

Had a clog in the sink drain. Plumber came said he couldn't get to it cause garbage disposal was in the way and would have to remove the garbage disposal and have it completely replumbed with a price tag of $1000+. Then another 500$ to gave it snaked again. Needless to say I said nope. Got another plumber who came in and was able to clear it in 20 minutes for half the price. My sister also had issues with them. They told her she would need a new water heater when all she needed was a new igniter which took 5 minutes to install. Will never use them!!

I had a leak from both of my bathrooms, the technician arrived on time, explained the scope of the job to me and proceeded with the work. Another technician arrived to assist and the job was completed in about two hours. They were clean and courteous. I would definitely recommend Ray the Plumber for your plumbing emergency

I had Ray the Plumber come to my house to look at three faucets that were leaking, but still operating. I figured that they needed repair, maybe gaskets, springs, or something like that. The guy who came said that they all had to be replaced and would charge me close to four thousand dollars!
I sent him away in a hurry and called a local plumber who came and did the entire job plus cleaned out my boiler for $488.18.
Save your time and money and do not call Ray the Overpriced Plumber.
