Called them on a Saturday morning to get a quote for repairing 2 shower drains with 2 separate issues. Not only did they have someone here within hours, but by 4pm both projects were completed. Mike and his colleague were incredibly friendly, explained everything in depth and made sure we knew what was going on at all times.

As far as price goes, they were right on par with another local plumber that gave us a quote. However, one thing set them apart which I really appreciated... as many plumbers do, they charge a fee for the service call where they come out and diagnose the issue. But if you decide to use Ray the Plumber, that service charge gets credited back to you and gets applied to your final bill. Other plumbers charge you a service fee whether you use them or not, and it stays incremental... which kinda sucks.

Yeah I went long... point being, they're VERY responsive and friendly, reasonably priced and do quality work.

The techs are always very friendly and helpful. If they need to get to a place where something needs to be moved in order to reach it, they are always willing to move boxes, etc. Nothing is ever a problem. They show up when they say they will and they are very easy to communicate with.

The plumber was nice. But to change a shower faucet with stripped screw cost $560. We had our own replacement set for shower. So it was $560 for an hour of labor.

Must start off as saying the workers were very polite and COVID safe. BUT and it is a big BUT. I had a outside faucet replaced. I was told that there was too much pressure coming into my house from Water Authority and a pressure valve was recommended. I decide to Waite. Next day when we flushed downstairs toilet I heard a big bang in pipes. Called them back and was told it was because of the pressure. In 20 years never had a bang. They charged for service call and recommended valve. After a few weeks we decided that the noise was something we could not live with and called them back to add valve. Well after $ 1400.00 I still have the bang. I flushed the systems was told nothing works will not call them back just to pay for service call. Still can not find out why in 20 years I never had a banging noise but after the work there it is.

I am happy that I don't have to worry about anything happening with those valves which were over 30 years old

don't use this business. i needed a elbow under my kitchen sink it costs 2 dollars they tried charging me 700 dollars.

Miguel was awesome!! He did a beautiful, clean job with fixing our shower faucet. Outside of being knowledgeable in his field, he was very respectful of our house and keeping it safe and clean and efficient. A small gesture with bringing my garbage pail and packages in as he walked towards the front door won my respect and trust for him to begin with!! We certainly would call ray the plumber again for our plumbing needs but in particular would request for Miguel if we can!
