Had Tim out from Ray Ross yesterday to update and replace some plumbing in our laundry area. Tim did a great job explaining what would be done, was clean and efficient and completed the work to our satisfaction.

Quality work on par with Horizon who we have used in the past, at a much lower price!

Ray personally came out the day after I called to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He said he likes to personally come out when he can for first time customers. He was on time, replaced some of the pipe, fixed the problem, for a reasonable price, and was done in about 20 minutes. Very personable, reasonable, and fair. I will definitely call Ray next time there's a problem!

We had Ray Ross install a water softener system in our home. We decided to go with Ray, mostly after reading many of the reviews online. The entire operation is first rate. After our initial call, Ray came out for an on site survey to determine our needs and give us an estimate for the job. We felt that Ray was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and went through a very detailed walk through of what the job would entail. On the day of the job, Ray and his assistant promptly arrived and completed the installation with little or no inconvenience to our family. Ray Ross Plumbing and Heating ....I can't say enough good things about this business. My father was a Master Plumber, since he passed away, it is difficult for me to find quality workmanship, to which I was accustomed.
Ray responds immediately. He is efficient. Ross Plumbing is affordable; they don't gouge you with flagitious fees. His employees clean up and are friendly and respectful.
No job is too big or too small.
He comes into South Philadelphia for me and my clients, despite the parking issues (thanks Ray!!)

We all need a great doctor, auto mechanic, and plumber. I had the first two and have finally found the third. Ray Ross and team could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They were here within a few hours of my desperate call. They had everything they needed to finish the job quickly. They cleaned up and took the time to explain their steps and educate me on the workings of my new water heater. The quoted price was the final price. AND they took a few minutes to fix an unrelated hose on my air conditioner - at no charge.

Ray just left after repairing our bathroom faucet. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved our issue very quickly. Even better, he was able to come out on the same day we reached out to him. His pricing was more than fair and everything worked out great. We just moved here late last year and had some plumbing items to address in our new home.Ray came out for the estimate and wound up unclogging our sink at no charge. He went over our list of items and guided us very honestly in discussing what were our best options for a water heater and some other kitchen appliances that needed work. He gave a referral for a new heating system and where to get new laundry appliances. Both referrals were terrific. When he came back to complete our work he was on time and did a wonderful installation of our new water heater, kitchen faucet and water line for the refrigerator. We thought we needed some other work done but instead of just trying to get extra work he told us it was fine and if we wanted it done he would do it but it did not need fixing now. Ray and Greg were super nice too and cleaned up the work space afterwards. My husband and I heartily recommend them.

Showed up one time patched a leak said he had to order parts. I call his office every week to see if I could get a update on what's going on. The nice lady that answers the phone says she ask Ray what's going on and get back to me. She sent me a few text never told me when Ray would come back and do the repairs. Over a month later had to tell his office forget about it and had to call a different plumber to do the repairs
