Ray just left after repairing our bathroom faucet. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved our issue very quickly. Even better, he was able to come out on the same day we reached out to him. His pricing was more than fair and everything worked out great. We just moved here late last year and had some plumbing items to address in our new home.Ray came out for the estimate and wound up unclogging our sink at no charge. He went over our list of items and guided us very honestly in discussing what were our best options for a water heater and some other kitchen appliances that needed work. He gave a referral for a new heating system and where to get new laundry appliances. Both referrals were terrific. When he came back to complete our work he was on time and did a wonderful installation of our new water heater, kitchen faucet and water line for the refrigerator. We thought we needed some other work done but instead of just trying to get extra work he told us it was fine and if we wanted it done he would do it but it did not need fixing now. Ray and Greg were super nice too and cleaned up the work space afterwards. My husband and I heartily recommend them.

Showed up one time patched a leak said he had to order parts. I call his office every week to see if I could get a update on what's going on. The nice lady that answers the phone says she ask Ray what's going on and get back to me. She sent me a few text never told me when Ray would come back and do the repairs. Over a month later had to tell his office forget about it and had to call a different plumber to do the repairs

Needed a last-minute electric to gas line conversion done for the range at our new house. Showed up on time, gave a great price and told us they could come back in an hour to get it done. Guess what? They got it done quickly and efficiently while my girlfriend and I tended to some other projects. They even spotted a potential problem and provided a fix at no additional cost. World-class customer service and communication from this company. Never got the feeling that they were untrustworthy which is sometimes how I feel with other companies/contractors. In fact, Sean and his partner were honest and made the experience hassle-free. We will definitely use them again.

Called Ray's team for fixing a main line sewer block which was not draining the water. They showed up on time and used the snake to clear out roots which were clogging the drain. However, due to the amount of roots which had infested the sewer line, they were not able to proceed further. Another company came in and was able to clear the line using the jetting technology.
Ray didn't charge me for the work they did initially for snaking the line since they felt that another company was able to do what they couldn't. I am very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. Will certainly recommend for other plumbing needs in the future.

I was very impressed with the price, quality and professionalism of Ray Ross Plumbing. They were very careful with my personal belongings (that were in the way) and cleaned up before they left. They also did ""extra"" repairs that they were not asked to do and did not have to. After they left, I thought my heat was not working and left a message. Rather than calling me back, they drove back to my house to make sure my heat was working and to address any questions. By the time they arrived, my hear started working and I felt bad that they drove back. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend and I am very picky. Thanks Ray and team!

Worked with Ray for many years. He's very nice and does good work, IF and WHEN he shows up. That said he's grown too fast and no longer returns calls, or responds to voice mails or texts. It's a shame because he's very good at what he does...But that doesn't help you if you're in a jam!

We had no hot water upstairs randomly at 11:00 at night in the middle of the work week. We got a hold of Ray early the next morning and he agreed to squeeze us into his schedule. He came in the afternoon so that I could at least work half a day, and was very professional the whole time. I have a small, hyper dog with an unfortunate, snarly bark that he greets strangers with. Ray let him stay out and sniff him - all the dog really wants! Ray figured out the problem with my water and also gave me tips on things I could do to prevent future problems. He was helpful and accommodating; I'm so glad we found him! I will definitely call again if we need a plumber!
