Great prices, punctual and professional. I was surprised to see other reviews but in my honest opinion, they are worth a try. They assessed my hot water heaters and quoted me a good deal for two units.

Ray and his crew were very friendly and professional. They came in and fixed my leak in a couple of days. It was a major leak from the main connection to the house. They rerouted the pipe to my house. I recommend using this company and I will definitely use there services again.

I called Ray Ray's plumbing for a rough-in on my new addition and if you stop reading now please don't make the same mistake I made, just find someone else. Out of the four fixtures they roughed in, three had a slope in the wrong direction, two of them leaked water from being further than 5 degrees off set, and all of them are more than 12" from the design. The owner, Leslie Ray Fewell is a joke of a man with not a single gram of dignity in his body. He will not take responsibility for any actions done under his name, his company or anyone employed by him. Once you pay him he will deny service, tell you he did not receive payment and revoke anything he can. His employees are uneducated, unprofessional and should have anything they have ever touched looked at by a third party and investigated by the Texas State board of plumbing examiners. He will take you for a run and after four+ months, you will only be looking for a new plumber to fix everything they have touched.

They did not bury pipes underground. Which is code. Instead they left the pipes on top of the ground! Terrible workman ship. And I have asked, several times for them to bury the pipes! They also made a hole in my wall with no intention to use that area. I have no idea why that hole was made. I hired them in Feb/March and they STILL have not had an inspection done for the work!! The most alarming thing is, Moments ago I received a text message from a worker at Ray Rays claiming he was taking pictures of my 3 and 5 years old girls! In their private home! This is disgusting! I am scared of my girls safety as who does this?! Attached is a text messages stream of the messages. He claims I have a CPS case?! This is NOT true! I do not have a case. It is just crazy this companies messages to me. My advice if you have kids (and care about their safety) or want pipes done right go with anyone else!

I had Ray come by to fix my toilet that had a slow flush. Ray used a plumbers snake to fix the issue. I paid Ray $100 for the service and he went on his way. That bathroom is not used often. A week later or so I used the toilet and realized it was doing the same slow flush it was doing before Ray fixed it. I contacted Ray to ask if he really fixed the issue. He stated it was working when he left. I asked if he could take a look at it again? He came by a few days later to look at the toilet and stated I needed a new toilet.

I asked why did I need a new toilet if he fixed the issue during the first visit. I asked if I could have a refund of the $100 since he didn't fix anything.

He stated there are no refunds on toilet stoppages. I reiterated he didn't fix the slow flush but later recommended I needed a new toilet on the 2nd visit.

The toilet wasn't used between the 1st and 2nd visit which concludes no fix was performed so no money should have been paid.

Ray proceeded to get rude during the conversation so I decided to write a Yelp Review to let others know to be aware of his business practices. Do not hire. He charges for work not fixed.
