Ray is terrific! Knowledgeable and honest. He was at our home in 10 minutes. Looked at the problem (garbage disposal issue) and reassured me the disposal was working perfectly (something caught under grinder plate) and the issue would resolve itself....
Honestly...he could have recommended replacing the disposal and charged a lot....
I HIGHLY recommend him.

I have used Ray Plumbing for YEARS.... and noticed recently that my charges have increased significantly for his service calls - and because I trusted him, I paid him NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Most recently he came to my house to fix the sewer drain in the front of my house. He told me he would bring a friend of his to do Hydro Jetting, and since it was his friend he could get me a GREAT price of $800.00 but that it should cost $2000. I paid him for his time AND $800 for his friend.

Less than a year has gone by and I just hired a firm to do Hydro-jetting for $149.00....( with a camera to see the broken pipe and a solution for my problem)

so, make sure you get three quotes before you hire him or any plumber for that matter. There are many options and no ""set price"" for plumbing I have since learned.

Ofer arrived early to diagnose a leak in the kitchen. He thoroughly checked all the possibilities and found the problem which was with the refrigerator. He plugged the leak as a temporary measure until I could get the appliance repair done. He made sure to explain everything and show me what he was doing. He cleaned up, gave a fair price. I was very happy with the service and his enthusiasm and commitment to do a thorough job.
