Ann H.The well needed everything to restore its function. Ray Page Plumbing quickly resolved the problems (new pump, new everything else) and restored well water for my home. The team of plumbing professionals expertly diagnosed the problem, aligned the resources required, and resolved it - as good as it gets.
David E.They did my garbage disposal did a great job 395. I could have done this just did not have the time. My sink ended up clogging up after the new disposal installed gave me a quote for the sink line to be snaked for 319. I dropped the trap myself. Cleaned it out in about 15 minutes and put it back together no problems. My problem with them if my sink was backing before they left with the new garbage disposal why could they not figure out and fix problem for a small additional amount of money since they were already there. I see how they do old people or people know nothing. I will just you tube a repair and try first in the future before I use them again.
If I could give a 10 start rating I would!!! Ray Page Plumbing has gone above and beyond in every way to help me out with my plumbing needs! Every time I've gone in to ask for advice or needed services I was greeted with happy friendly faces! I would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone that needs a good plumber! I don't write reviews often but needed to take the time and express how happy and pleased I am with this company!
Sue B.Omg, my toilet was leaking!! Only bathroom with five people. They are awesome, Came quickly, was done in a flash. Great price. Their communication is exceptional. Love you guys!!!!
Lauren B.They came out to fix a clog going out to our septic tank that was causing our toilet to overflow. I was told it was $150 for them to come out, my mistake for misunderstanding I guess. It was $150 for them to just DRIVE to our house in Glastonbury from Vernon. It was another $350 for them to unclog the drain that took less than 30 min. Talk about a rip off!! I had another company give us a quote for half that but they couldn't get out to the following day. Yes they fixed the problem, but they totally took advantage of us knowing we needed it done ASAP. Lesson learned...
Chuck C.I called and they came, literally, within twenty minutes for a non-emergency. The were able to identify the problem and, though it has only been a day since they were it, it seems to be fixed. They were here for about twenty minutes. The cost was just under $130, the flat diagnostic and per hour fee. I was okay with that because I budgeted for a $1000 project --- but, at the same time, I assumed it would be a major project to fix the issue. I'm not really a fan of the pricing methodology, but they were fast and seemed to do good work, even though the fix was so simplistic even I could've done it --- live and learn :)
Didn't show on time - called and was told their truck broke down ( a call would Have been nice ). Thy said they would send another plumber , which they did . He showed up and was here for 20 minutes, telling us it was actually normal what was happening . 229$ later to tell us it was normal . But hey, he applied plumbers glue just in case ! Would we use them again ? .... most likely , we clearly aren't plumbers , just a shame it cost that much .
DO NOT USE! I'm baffled at all these positive reviews I'm seeing on here. First off, they advertise free quotes online. However, when they came to the house to inspect our issue they claimed that it was a $99 estimate but when you use them they the take the $99 off your bill. That in itself is nonsense especially if you can find a better quote. So we decide to use them since we had paid the estimate and made an appointment for the following afternoon between 1 and 3. We had a clog in our main drain so we could not use anything in the house. The representative claimed they could not go through our crawl space with the machine so I had to remove my toilet. They said they would remove and replace it for us for an additional $199. I had to contain laughing out loud because that is outrageous. So the following day my girlfriend took the day off from work to wait for the work to be done. No one showed up between 1 and 3 and she did not receive any notification. After calling they said they'd do their best to get someone out and finally two plumbers showed up at 5:30. The plumbers apprentice drove right up on our lawn with his vehicle without asking if he could park there. We asked him to move his car and he gave us an attitude and mumbled under his breath. The two of them were probably in the bathroom for a total of ten minutes when they abruptly packed up. They claimed claimed they couldn't get the snake through and they they don't know if the company even owns a smaller snake and they'd have to let us know tomorrow. Meanwhile, we have no toilet shower etc. The shop is five minutes down the road and they could have easily went and checked. Seemed to me that they both were just lazy or didn't feel like working late. So basically after all the nonsense they barely attempted to fix our problem and just left us hanging without an answer as to if they could fix the problem. They promised to call us first thing the next morning and they failed to do that as well. This company is terrible plain and simple. The lack of customer service and common courtesy unacceptable. If you would like to know about a good company for drain cleaning please read my review on York.
Excellent! We had an unexpected issue and called based on a recommendation, I'm so glad I did. The woman who answered the phone was super nice and personable, which is a nice plus. Someone was sent the same day just a couple of hours later, and showed up before the 2 hour window I was given. Scott fully inspected and diagnosed the issue and presented 3 options - the first which only cost a few dollars and for which we were not charged, the visit was treated as a quote which was a nice surprise. I was not pressured into the most costly option and was told it was not an immediate need and could wait, but after some thought and consideration we decided to move forward with the full fix so I called the next morning to set it up. Scott came back first thing the next morning and completed all the work according to the initial quote and for that exact amount. He showed me what was done and how the new faucet worked and asked if I had any questions before wrapping everything up and taking payment. I'm very happy with the service, will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them.
Patti P.I picked Ray Page Plumbing from good reviews on Yelp- and we were not disappointed. We own a house that was built in the late 1800's and wanted out brass and copper plumbing replaced with pex. Luke came out and went over the job with us- came back with a fair quote. When I stopped by their office, I met THE Ray Page who was very personable, and assured me that they were there for us even if we just needed advice. When the day came to do our job, Luke was was on time, cleaned up thoroughly, and now our house has pipes that don't leak! We are very happy with this business, and will using them again in the future.
