They basically came out, walked my home, and placed the problem on the HVAC company. When I asked them to check an outdoor pipe for me, the manager acted as if he didn't want to. I was charged a service charge for them to just walk around for about 30 minutes or less. This company is definitely overrated.

Professional, quick, and reliable. I had a problem with a water pipe in my front yard causing a small pond to appear which, had some bass been included, I might have been fine with. No bass, pond needs to go. I called and they came out quickly. They had to do a bit of digging but kept things neat and had the issue resolved in under 30 minutes. At the last minute, I remembered a minor issue with a toilet not flushing correctly in my teens bathroom. I asked him if he had time to look at that as well. No problem. I was especially impressed as he left his muddy foot wear outside without me asking. All in all, everything is working. This company is polite, professional and I would feel good about recommending them to a friend. Very reasonably priced as well.
