Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did. He was very polite. I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

Ray is an honest, professional, personable plumber. I had a horrible smell coming out of my kitchen sink and another company told me I needed to replace a lot of pipes under my house for $4,800!!! Ray came in as a second opinion, assessed the situation and quickly concluded there was no need to replace any pipes -- he gave me a simple solution at no cost and I was literally all set; issue solved.
