Highly recommend this company, we had a previous plumber come and didn't do much. Armando was so helpful he was able to fix the problem, we have a working bathtub again that isn't clogged. And his costumer service was great, answered all our questions !

My wife discovered a wet area in our upstairs hallway carpet a week ago - never a good sign. So I contacted Ray May Plumbing for assistance. They had been helpful in the past with a few projects so they were the first ones to come to my mind for assistance. Mike came to evaluate the situation, but was unable to find the source. So he advised us to wait a few more days to check if the wet spot enlarged. He did not charge us, but kept the ticket open until the problem could be solved. Armando, came to check the situation as Mike was unavailable. Nevertheless, he found the source of the leak and advised on the repair. The estimation was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ray May and their team of plumbers.

I Just had to come here and review Ray May after a horrible interaction with a different plumber that had thousands of fake reviews. Ray May is NOT commission-based and they are a REAL, family owned business that is not organized to scam you!!! I am so upset that I couldn't wait the extra few hours for Ray May and get a real plumber. I will never stray again! Love this plumber. They are the real deal and have a solid local reputation. They are worth the wait!

Since I've turned 70, I've noticed that I've become more of a target for shady businesses who try to rip off their customers. I've had two newspapers, a telephone company, and even fake companies try to rip me off. But Ray May is one of the few companies (my insurance company and a junk removal company have also been honest at least in dealing with me) that have gone out of their way to be fair and honest. Because I trust them, I had a plumber come to my house just before Christmas to be sure there was nothing wrong with my toilet. I explained the situation (I have an unfriendly ghost who pulls up the flapper in one of my toilets; she has also scared a Molly Maid twice, and the man installing my new windows said he felt like someone was looking at him when he was in her room). The plumber was sympathetic to my plight, sharing a story about his deceased father, and protective, not telling the man in the office that he was ghostbusting. I happily wrote a check for his service, but this week the check was returned because the plumber reported that he didn't do anything. Actually, he did. He gave me peace of mind over the Christmas weekend when I knew plumbers would be hard to find if something really was wrong with the toilet. I appreciate Ray May not only for their friendly and competent plumbers (during the many years I've dealt with them, I've had only one somewhat incompetent plumber and no mean ones) but also for their integrity.

This business uses unethical business practices. In my case. I paid nearly $1700 for a water heater installation. After the job way completed, the copper overflow tube was installed on an unsightly crooked angle. It was a glaring eyesore. When I politely asked the plumber to align the pipe properly, he charged me an extra $77 to correct his work. Classic shakedown. Watch Out if you do business with them. .

Ray May came out within 45 min of our call and corrected the issues in two toilets, Eliajah, was pleasant, fast, and extremely efficient. Ray May never disappoints, we have used them for many years, for all kinds of pluming issues and projects. I love to visit the show room and dream as well. Thanks

I spoke with Steve on the phone about getting my leaky shower head repaired. He had someone out to look at it and they were able to repair it in a timely manner. They did an excellent job!! I would most definitely call Ray May Plumbing again!! Thank you so much!!
