I've been a loyal customer of Ray May Plumbing for nearly a decade. They are thorough, professional, fast, and are fairly priced. Anything they have installed or done in my house has lasted. They also have been good about suggesting the timetable of certain kinds of maintenance, such as clearing the pipes draining the washing machine (dog hair can clog it up and cause a backup).

This store is amazing! They are so helpful and found the correct parts at a great price for my old toilet.
I went back to Ray May this week when my water heater stopped working. They gave me a great price on a Bradford White water heater.

I cannot recommend this business enough. I have been in search for a part that was missing from our shower since we moved in to our new home a few years ago. The single piece that was missing is not sold separately and therefore I would have had to spend a lot more than necessary just to replace the handle that was somehow un-screwed and misplaced. I was recommended RayMay plumbing by my usual plumber. He told me to call and ask for Tom. Not only did Tom go way above and beyond to help us track down the missing piece, but he ended up calling a rep who was able to unscrew the piece from a floor model. I truly can't believe the lengths that Tom went to just to help us complete our shower without breaking the bank.

I love to support local businesses, and every time I visit Ray May I remember why. I'm a little customer, just a homeowner picking up small parts for DIY repairs, but they always give me great advice and treat me well. I've never gone wrong following their advice.

Just this week I went in for a replacement cartridge for a sink faucet repair, and after getting the part out they told me I could get it shipped free from Moen who gives a lifetime warranty. It cost them a (small) sale but earned my continuing loyalty and respect. These guys are the best!

came here looking for a cartridge/stem for my leaking faucet at the restaurant. Steve was super easy to work with. I told him what my problems were and showed him my old ass cartridge/stem. Steve then took a look and went straight to the back looking for it. Unfortunately, he didn't have it in stock, but for him to go out of his way to explain what each part does and to recommend a cost effective way of fixing my leaking problem.. that's a A+ in my book. He gave me the name of the brand and the part number.. he didn't have to do that, because I can easily just go on amazon or something and order it.. but he did it anyways, and also as a parting gift, he gave me two little copper things (I forget what they were called) to put below my cartridge/stem. He also didn't have to do that! It's always the little things that count. Steve has definitely gained my trust and my business! Unfortunately, I couldn't order today, because it was a Saturday, but I will be back Monday to order the rest of the parts I need! thanks again, Steve!

This is my first experience at this establishment and I am thoroughly impressed. I do some plumbing but I'm no expert by any means and Tom behind the counter was very helpful. The store is beautiful, clean and well laid out. And the customer service is the best I've ever had in a plumbing store and I've been to quite a few of them. Tom is very knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. My best experiences at these places are when I learn something new. That was certainly the case this time. I highly recommend Ray May Plumbing.

Over the years I've relied on Ray May Plumbing for my home, and rental properties. The've always had my back. This time it was an old leaking water heater. Nothing magic, just prompt, good service at a reasonable price done by a professional, experienced and polite technician. Why take a chance with anybody else?

Over the course of many visits to my 65+ year old house, my experience with Ray May Plumbing has been above average. (I am not associated with this organization in any manner.) Ray May employees are very knowledgeable about their craft, act in a professional manner, and take the time to explain the problem (which assists me in fixing the plumbing problem in the future, if necessary).
