Recommended Customer Reviews
I have to admit, I did not shop around because I have used Ray May in the past and was confident in their business. I ordered 2 toilets on Monday, and they were installed the very next day. They also installed a new garbage disposal & fixed my leaky sink. Very pleased with the shop staff who helped me find exactly what I needed & very pleased with hard working installer, Floyd. I will continue to use this business for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend them ! Thank You all !
Cathy W.Kicking myself for not getting quote! $500 for bathroom tap and install. Didn't even get itemized bill. Won't call again.
We have been using Ray May Plumbing at one of our condo communities. The community has boilers and Ray May Plumbing is their preferred vendor. We manage a number of units in this HOA and feel that RMP always gives us stellar service.
Sandy and Steve who frequently answer the phones are always friendly, professional and willing to assist me.
As for plumbers, I highly recommend Dana, we always request him to come out because he is punctual, quick, extremely through, and professional. He has worked in our units, he leaves them clean and tidy as though he was never there.
We recently worked together on a plumbing issue in which there was a leak that was affecting the unit below our unit. A plumber had been called out, fixed the issue and months later it reappeared. I called RMP, requested Dana knowing he would be able to figure out what was going on. A few small leaks were found and a couple hours later, new parts were installed and there was no leaks. He went through every possible scenario to ensure when he left there would not be another problem. It has been about a month and the resident has reported no more leaks.
I would highly recommend Ray May Plumbing and Dana for your plumbing repairs.
Bob Martin R.What service! I needed a toilet handle on a Saturday that wasn't something I could find in a Home Depot. This place didn't have it in stock as well, but took it off a floor model for me.
knowing it would take up to a couple of weeks to order.
Best customer service .
They have everything you need and are super freindly and nice.
Thank you Tom
Your the best
Ryan O.Close to closing time and the folks at the store were able to help me find a solution and were happy to help and accommodate... its rare that you find service like this.. I will be back with my Plumbing needs here in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Thank you for going out of your way to help!
STEVE you Rock!!!
Doug T.Was at my wits end with my shower valve, watched the youtube videos with no help. Came into the store and was greeted by a very professional sales associate who explained where I was making my mistakes. Sold me a new valve, included a new clip free of charge and after getting home installed it and the results were perfect! As others say ""Quit wasting your time running to other home improvement box stores and go straight to Ray May plumbing"", it will be worth your time!
Lisha S.Give them a 5-star based on customer service alone. We stopped in while on our way to Home Depot to get a wrench so my Husband could fix his Mother's clogged kitchen sink. The gentlemen at Ray May didn't try to sell us anything or find a way to make a house call. Instead, they graciously answered my Husband's questions and directed us to a store where we could buy the part we needed for less. That type of customer service is more memorable than a business card. Their magnet is on our fridge. Next time we have a plumbing problem or look to remodel we'll be giving Ray May a call first.
Rashard S.Shady business practice!!! ...... As a veteran Landlord of multiple properties. I have employed numerous contractors, (i.e. plumbers, electricians, painters & various handyman). Never has a so called ""professional"" company come out to ""look"" at what needs to be repaired & without even a phone call to discuss with the owner of the property what needs repair & why. Gone ahwad & repaired the appliance without being authorized to do so. I called my tenant an hour after the service men had arrived to see how it was going and she said he had fixed the problem & left already. What serviceman or mechanic for that matter repairs, replaces or starts any work without first informing the client about what is in disrepair & quotes the client a estimate/price to fix it? When I called Ray May investigate, the gentleman politely told me that he thought I just wanted them to go ahead and fix it. This to me was absurd. The items replaced totaled $175.... The amount of the bill is not the issue that infuriates me. What if they believed that I needed a new water heater, would they have just went ahead without authorization and replaced it, leaving me to pay a hefty bill???? I will never again employ this company who takes such nonchalant liberties with their customers pocket books!!
Reid E Jensen J.Quite wasting your time running to other home improvement box stores and go straight to Ray May plumbing. They have what you need, they are very friendly, and the prices are cheaper then the big chain stores (at least in my case they were).
