I had them install a heat pump a few years ago which was fine, during which they put in a 50 amp breaker and took my 30 amp breaker out that went to my RV . I called over a month ago and they sent someone out to look at it, I called several times and said they couldn't find the breaker they needed I searched on Amazon and found it in a minute replaced it myself so thanks for nothing!!

Dreadful experience. Callous and careless with their work, and no customer service skills. They supposedly fixed my heating system, only to have it blow tepid air. Refused to consider it was their problem. Then the hot water tank they installed (and charged $4,000) stopped working after 2 years. The Ray-Mac technician told me it would be covered under warranty. Instead, they charged me a small fortune to repair it ($400), and didn't even bother to reply to my letter or phone call of complaint about the bill. Unprofessional and unresponsive doesn't even begin to describe it. If you want to get screwed over, then use this company.

FIVE STARS !!!! Outstanding customer service. Randy was awesome to work with. He inspected my entire HVAC system and was able to make a simple repair that literally saved me hundreds of dollars---which speaks to the integrity of this great company. Randy also explained how I can get the most out of my HVAC system. The folks who work at the office are kind and helpful. I am truly grateful to have access to a family owned and highly reputable company like RAYMAC because they ""have my back"" and are looking out for my best interest as a customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAYMAC !!!!

A sign of a well run business is seen in the professionalism of there employees. We have used Ray-Mac for both our businesses and home and these guys just get it down. Most recently we had a multiple mini split system installed. There team was quick clean and left no footprint. Would highly recommend.

Stopped by in person to arrange for getting a new heat pump in Yreka -- though their HQ is in Mt Shasta, they said they served Yreka, and that someone would call me to set up a time to inspect my current system and get me an estimate. Four weeks now, no call. Not acceptable level of service.

I had an emergency and these guys were able to come out and service the heater on the same day. I'm very impressed

I called All Trade Services first, (because they had a 5 Star rating) and I was told, after 2 days of phone tag, that it would be 16 days before someone could come service my air conditioner...unless I had an emergency. So obviously All Trade Services is doing so well they just can't get around to helping me soon....unless, of course, I have an emergency. I told them I know how to use the sprinklers to stay cool, I'm not paying for emergency service. So I took a chance and called Ray-Mac. Got someone right away who scheduled me in for the next morning. Kyle, (whom by the way, served our country) did an excellent job and my air conditioner is so cool now.
Thank you Kyle!!!

This review is specifically on Raymac's management for not owning up to its responsibilities.
We've been using their services since moving to Shasta 3 years ago on the recommendation of our realtor. In a recent service call, a plumber made some mistakes and error on job assessment. I understand that mistakes does happen however Raymac should not be making additional profit from their own errors.
I have posted the invoice, email of my concern of the work done and Raymac's service manager's reply.

Last month we have a leak coming from a elbow of a 1/2"" copper pipe. The pipe is connected to the water heater, we naturally called Raymac. We received an invoice for $304.03. The bill included $67.50 for 30 mins that the plumber went back to their office half way through the job to get more parts. I described to the plumber the exact issue of the problem on the phone prior to his arrival. He even started the work before heading back to his office. The service manager blamed the extra charge on the state of California for having to pay his employees for their time spent correcting their own mistakes, yet charges me for it and Raymac makes additional profit.

Our water heater developed a humming sound after the plumber left. We have never have that humming sound coming from our heater until after their plumber left. Their own plumber also confirmed that there was no humming sound when he left. Yet their service manager blames me for not turning off the fan before the plumber arrived that caused the humming sound. I tested his theory and it just doesn't hold water. The fan was on for 90 mins from the time I turned off the water valve to his plumber arrived. So Last weekend I turned off the water for over two hours with fan running and no humming sound occured. Whatever caused the problem it was after work done by their plumber yet we get the bill and Raymac profits again.
When I raised my concern on how his plumber was using our water heater as a stepping stool and our pipes as handle bar he blames the home builder for putting the circulating fan in the wrong place. And not his employees for not using the two heavy duty fiberglass tall ladders that are on their truck do perform their work. He even try to justify a $10 charge for solder. They also give us a quote for $198 plus labor for changing out the fan if we are concern. Of course we are concerned. So I call another plumber for a second opinion. He assured us the fan is in good working condition and it does not need to be changed. A little doubt their plumber put in us. Raymac would have profit again if I had not call another plumber for second option.
I have not received a reply or been contact by them after I told them that I was not looking for a discount but a fair price for the repair. So I ended up paying for the $304.03 Invoice they send. It's just not right.
