We called another plumber before finding Ray Lusk. The other plumber's estimate was two times as much as Ray Lusk's for the same job and they charged us $79 just to look at the toilet. Ray Lusk did not charge us for the diagnostic visit. Gary was our plumber and he was polite, efficient and highly capable. He told us what our options and costs were, but he did not try to upsell us. We won't call any other plumber in the future. Five stars!

They came to adjust the water pressure within normal range bc was too high, but left without checking the water and it was barely coming out of the showers. We called them to let them know showers not functioning properly and needed water pressure adjusted so showers would function properly w adequate water flow. They said sure and came out the next day but wanted to charge $175 to fix their error. (They had only charged $145 for both water adjust and a tub leak on original visit). There was no warranty or standing behind their work, and the manager was extremely rude to me and my buyers. He said he adjusted it to 65 as requested and he doesn't check faucets. We had another plumber come out the next day and adjust it- it was on 18 lbs (not 65 like we were told)!!! In almost 10 years in real estate, I've never had a contractor act this unprofessional, rude and not stand behind their work. It was supposed to be a happy closing day for my clients moving to NWA. I will be sharing this experience w my fellow agents and clients.

Super fast service for a blocked sewer on a Sunday morning! I was astonished at how quickly these folks could respond. Gave me the quote up front and had it taken care of! Gary was professional and friendly. He kept me posted with everything I need to know.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel the need to write this one, I've had a partial block in my sewage line for a couple days and the first plumber came out unprepared and I got charged for a job not completed, BUT while looking for another plumber to call I noticed a name that I've used before, Ray Lusk, After a phone call within a hour Roy was here, polite, professional and had my problem fixed quickly, I'm highly recommending Ray Lusk plumbing for your Needs, You'll be Pleased with their Service, Thanks Roy

You know all companies can have a bad review. This company does not believe the customer is right. I had work done that was not approved by me. I was never told anything. I was asked to come to the back bathroom where some of the work was done but it was not the main repair. Long story short I would not recommend this company for anything. I am a senior citizen that feels I was taken advantage of by having to sign something and not even being able to see what I was signing for. I was told I would get a email. Not a good way to run business.

Was referred to Ray Lusk by locals upon our recent move to Bella Vista from California. We need a new tankless water heater. Called to arrange appointment and was informed they have a $148 travel fee to Bella Vista from Springdale. Yikes! I paid less to have furniture delivered to Bella Vista from Fayetteville! Guess Ray Lusk won't be the plumber for our new home.

Our bathrooms flooded yesterday and their response was great, but just as important to me is they answered all our questions, were helpful pertaining to homeowners insurance, and even took off his shoes to not track mud in the house (wife was grateful for that!) We are very satisfied with the service.

I used this company a few years ago to put in a waterline. I had been on a well and decided to hook up to city water.

Called this company out and got a great price to lay 400 feet of pipe to my water meter. They dug up my yard and put it back like nothing was ever done. Very professional.

Ray Lusk Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I had an old, nasty water heater that I knew needed replaced, but wanted to get an estimate first. I called and Donovan was able to come first thing this morning (just 2 days later) with no service charge for the visit. (Sadly, some other plumbers do charge a fee to give an estimate.)

After taking a look, he gave me the estimate. I honestly didn't know what to expect price-wise, but was thrilled to get a 10 gal larger tank for only $100 more (20 gal more than the tank being replaced).

Donovan was able to replace the unit by noon today. He was very pleasant, professional and I could not be happier!

I highly recommend and would definitely use again if I need a plumber!
