Tristan at Ray Lusk was an absolute pleasure to have come and fix my plumbing leak. Very polite and professional. Even when I spoke with them on the phone to schedule the service they were fantastic from the beginning. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again for my plumbing needs! Great job and great customer service!

They fixed my irrigation system on June and the technician told me that their company used bad glue and caused the leaking so this service is in warranty and free. But I got $600 bill for this service on August and they will send it to collection agency if I refused to pay for it. Run from Ray Lusk Plumbing.

Best plumbing service I've ever used (and I'm 70 years old, so I've used a lot). I would recommend them to family and my closest friends.

We live in an area notorious for low water pressure (30lbs or slightly less), which we've had for 10 years. Several months ago, our pressure dropped to an untenable amount (10-15?). They came out and we asked if they could at least get it back to where it was, but if possible to improve the pressure. They installed a new regulator and returned it to our regular pressure. The total charge for over 2 hours of work checking for improving pressure from the main into the house was just $300, including the regulator.

A week ago, our pressure dropped to near zero. So, I called them back to check. This time I asked them to check and see what would be necessary to increase our pressure even if we had to lay new pipe between the main and our house. They spent 2 half-days checking everything from what new piping would do to looking for any leaks, etc. They stayed after this until they discovered a second water pressure regulator in our house (It's about 50 years old) that had gone bad and had virtually shut down our water pressure. They removed that bad regulator, re-piped the line and voila we have nearly 70 lbs of pressure.

You know what they charged me? Zero $. They said they should have checked for that when they were out the first time and that it was covered by their guarantee.

If you have any plumbing job, big or small, you should call Ray Lusk. Clearly, their warranty and guarantee means a lot to them.

Technician was responsive and work was done appropriately for the most part. I did have to demonstrate a problem on the install that the technician had to fix before he left. My biggest problem was the cost of the repair. I was charged over $500 to replace a shower faucet and I had to provide the faucet because it was after hours.

So, I get it, and after hours repair is going to cost more. It was about 8:00 at night when I called and the technician told me that in order for him to show up, I had to run to Home Depot and buy a new faucet for him to put in. Then, when he was done, he noted on the warranty that they would not honor any parts because I supplied the replacement faucet!

So, I spent $75 on the faucet and $541 on the labor. The repair took less than 2 hours to complete and the only thing the technician had to supply was about 1 foot of copper pipe.

This contractor uses ""flat rate pricing."" This is basically a guide that service companies use for your most common repairs. They will tell you that by using flat rate pricing, it protects consumers from price gouging by service companies. But the reality is, they use VERY conservative estimates in what it will take in labor and material to complete a given repair and it almost always takes much less time and material than what the guidelines calculate for so the service company almost always wins in the scenario. So, just do the math, this company used $20 of materials at the most, that meant they charged me over $270/hour for this technicians time. That doesn't seem quite fair to me.

Ray Lusk did a great job for us. They came out fast and finished the job quickly for the price they said it would be. Really nice people too. The gas company found a ""leak"", pulled our meter and was holding us hostage. Ray Lusk helped us get our hot water back on fast.

Great service and friendly plumber. I asked a hundred questions and he was very kind and answer every one of them. I asked for an estimate for some sprinkler work and instead of telling me they could do it for a bazillion dollars, he said it was probably not cost effective. THAT is why I will call them again. Well, that and the excellent work they did to repair a broken part of our system.

they ripped us off $1500 ""fixing"" our hot water heater. try anyone else!!! we now have to spend thousands more for a tankless unit--which they should have recommended the First time we called- but they were more interested in charging us more than solving the actual problem. when it reoccured, they tried to get out of honoring their own warranty! run from Ray Lusk Plumbing!
