The call center was nice and got scheduled very quickly. While I was at work, the worker arrived and started arguing with my wife with what needed to be done. He finally agreed and then dug in the yard unable to find the regulator. He then charged $600 for three hours of work when he didn't find anything.

The plumber was very good. He reviewed what could be wrong and prices for each task. He worked efficiently and made no mess. He was resetting the Toilet because the ring had broken so I was expecting a mess. He did the work and didn't try to pad what he was doing. He was polite and friendly. I thought the bill was reasonable. I will definitely call this company again.

I sent online inquiries to three different plumbing companies regarding my leaky toilet. Lusk was the only company that called back the same day and came out and fixed it my toilet the same day. The tech was nice and got the repair done quickly. I do feel they were a bit expensive. I also already had new parts on my toilet and they wouldn't reuse those parts. However they do warranty their parts and labor for a year. Overall I had a good experience. They're just a bit expensive.

Ray Lusk Tech came to my house in the middle of the night and fixed the burst pipe behind my washer in the garage. The gentleman was timely, friendly and professional all the way. I have already told a relative about this company. Thus far I am pleased.

Ray Lusk was contracted to do a sewer line repair for my neighbor and the line was 30 feet inside my property line. The crew met with me prior to starting the job and I signed a permission for them to enter my property for repairs. After excavating with a mini excavator down 13 feet, the line was repaired. The crew who excavated the hole filled the hole about 70% of what I would consider filled and left the remaining clay and shale spread over 120 sf of my deck and back yard. I also had a pallet's worth of damage to my newly sodded back yard from their equipment. I have taken the hit to repair the yard and excavate my deck. Now I have discovered sprinkler breaks that only could have occurred during this work during the spring.
The permission slip was not a full stop hold harmless agreement. That is a legal device that would be many pages, not one. The rule is you break it, you buy it out in the world of homeowners harmed by contractors.
I have a paper trail of attempting to work out a compromise that went no where. I am reduced to bad Yelp reviews.

I had a cartridge stuck in bathroom faucet ,hot water side. I didn't want to pull it out myself thinking I would damage threads. I called Ray Lusk plumber, he came in my house tried to get bottom half of cartridge out he went outside got needle point plyers from van , pulled it out , and replaced with customer provided cartridge, who I may add, already had faucet handle taken off , and water was already turned. He charged $180 for 20 minutes of work. I realize plumbers are expensive, but that seems a bit excessive. I am thinking about asking the BBB what they think of this.

Caleb came out today, on time, and replaced my garbage disposal and fixed my sprinkler system. He was very knowlegeable and did a lot of troubleshooting rather than just do unnecessary work for more money. He is a credit to Ray Lusk and I am very satisfied.

Had a toilet not flushing and Caleb came out , he took the toilet off , he asked for towels. He could not tell what was wrong, suggested we buy a new toilet. Ours is less than a year old. I have never had a plumber say they didn't know. Charged $140 for a diagnosis fee. Did he diagnose? I think not.
