Saturday afternoon,shut off valve to toilet was leaking,I tried to fix and it bust off...water everywhere. looked for plumber online for a while knowing I might not get someone out this night, ran across Ray's information, called explained to the very nice lady my dilemma, reassured Ray would be by Sunday. True to word and am so grateful to Ray, he is honest informative and kind. Our family thanks you Ray, you are on our speed dial. Everyone; Ray does not take advantage just because it's the weekend, he is fair and his work is excellent, he is considerate, and he picks up after himself.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We called Ray late at night for a plumbing emergency and he showed up right away ready to work and help solve our issue. Water heater went out. Ray came down and diagnosed the problem right away, in the rain. Replaced it and gave us back out hot water. Thank you and your wife for hooking it up. If you have a coke in the fridge, feel free to give Ray and his wife a can or bottle

I don't know how this guy has a 5 star rating. I called him because he was highly reviewed to fix a dishwasher issue for a client of mine. He promised to come and help and fix the issue because I needed urgent help. He was a no show and didn't respond to any of my texts or calls afterwards. Reviews must all be from family and friends because he definitely is not trustworthy and NOT LICENSED . Look him up with the state board!! Below is a picture of my text thread for proof in case he tries to dispute. I would avoid at all cost!!

I liked that he discussed the problems with me first, before he began work. My drains are completely clear, and a long time leak is repaired. He was very professional, and easy to talk to with. Ray is super friendly, skillful and very competitively priced, especially considering his extensive knowledge and professionalism. Replaced my entire disposal and piping today.
