Hired Ray for a small job to install water lines in my garage for a washer dryer. Connect from existing lines 2feet away and install a drain. He said it would take 2 days but it lasted 5 1/2 days. He was at my house till 3 am on the final day. Insanity. The work was subpar and messy. 2 weeks later the pipes leaked and he refused to fix it. Ignored my calls and texts. I had to pay another plumber to fix his sloppy work and the leak. I also overpaid Ray accidentally $200 and he did not return the overpayment. I was not going to leave a bad review till he ignored the leak at my house and didn't come to fix his mistakes. I was fooled by the positive reviews. Beware.

We've had the pleasure of working with Ray twice and each time was positive. The first time we called him was when our washing machine's plumbing decided to give up on us. Saturday afternoon,shut off valve to toilet was leaking,I tried to fix and it bust off...water everywhere. looked for plumber online for a while knowing I might not get someone out this night, ran across Ray's information, called explained to the very nice lady my dilemma, reassured Ray would be by Sunday. True to word and am so grateful to Ray, he is honest informative and kind. Our family thanks you Ray, you are on our speed dial. Water heater went out. Ray came down and diagnosed the problem right away, in the rain. Replaced it and gave us back out hot water. Thank you and your wife for hooking it up. If you have a coke in the fridge, feel free to give Ray and his wife a can or bottle

I don't know how this guy has a 5 star rating. I called him because he was highly reviewed to fix a dishwasher issue for a client of mine. He promised to come and help and fix the issue because I needed urgent help. He was a no show and didn't respond to any of my texts or calls afterwards. Reviews must all be from family and friends because he definitely is not trustworthy and NOT LICENSED . Look him up with the state board!! Below is a picture of my text thread for proof in case he tries to dispute. I would avoid at all cost!!

Call Ray for your plumbing needs and you won't regret it! He is very attentive and possess great customer service skills. He takes the time to explain the problem and provides options and solutions. I would definitely call Ray again if I had any issues!
