i had an emergency with my sink over flowing and causing a leak. dominic the plumber to the rescue i Call at 9;30 p.m and dominic show up withing 30 minutes he clear the clog in the drain line and he did a great job

Excellent service today. I am a local contractor who uses different subs for apartments we manage around town. This is the first time we used This company. Dominic wAs the plumber they sent out. He was on time as promised. He called me with details of the water leaks by the water heater. He was up front with repair cost and got the job done right and within the cost he quoted. Terrible experience with these guys. I paid them several hundred dollars to fix something. Plumber was nice, he came and went. A week later I'm having the same problem. I called them up and they told me it wasn't their problem and they did what I paid them to do. Huh? Not only that, out of hundreds of people I work with on a yearly basis, the guy in charge at the shop was the rudest I've had to deal with, maybe ever.

I'm not sure why you would treat your customers this way, let alone other local Culver City business owners.

I can no longer recall the name of the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Stacey? Thanks for nothing.

Condensed version: Cheated me out of a few hundred dollars. Rude guy answering the phone. Definitely do not care about their customers.

Our water heater went out after 3 years. Our plumber had us call Bloom because he services A.O. Smith heaters. Was trickier to fix than we thought. Let's just say they fixed everything to our satisfaction without any hassle. Great service.

We had a pretty bad leak starting from our upstairs bathroom. The water traveled all the way down to our dining room. I called Ray Blom on a Sunday morning and Tracy was at my house within a couple of hours. He figured out the problem right away and stopped the leak. The price was exceptionally fair, especially for an after hours issue. I highly recommend Ray Blom.

I had only minor problems (A loose kitchen faucet and clogged bathroom drain). They were at my house in Mar Vista in 2 hours and were nice, efficient, and effective! Affordable, too.
