We needed someone to look at a clogged drain in our commercial kitchen and after making numerous contacts we decided to go with Ray. Ray provided upfront cost and was able to get someone in the next day. Jeff came in and was able to look at all five of our drains and even our mop sink. He provided us recommendations and quick professional service! Although we rather not have any other issues in the future, we would be glad to do business with Ray and Sons Plumbing again.

Excellent service! Our water heater was leaking, we called Ray and he came out immediately. He completed the work that same day despite having to go for more parts. He cleaned up his mess and actually left my garage cleaner than it was before he came. Friendly and very affordable. I'll never call anyone else but Ray and Sons for our plumbing needs!!

I am updating due to the lack of response. I called to ask about a charge my apartment manager said I was responsible for. When the plumber was in my apartment he and I discussed what happened with my garbage disposal. She claimed the problem was different from my discussion with the plumber. Even the invoice said what we discussed and not her wild claims. It was also presented to me over two weeks after the fix of my garbage disposal. To keep from being served a three day notice for lack of pay I am now out $65 because Ray couldn't call me back for a quick five minute conversation.

The customer service here is bad. My place was always left messy, they used my personal items (add another $5.25 for the laundry I had to do) they left my apartment unlocked (had someone went in who knows how much that would have cost me) and they can't return a phone call.

I do not recommend using this company. Shell out a few more bucks for quality work and customer service.

We hired Ray & Sons Plumbing to assist in our master bathroom remodel, which consisted of capping off an old shower drain and pipes, moving the existing tub drain for a new shower enclosure, moving other pipes for the shower faucet and vanities and hooking up all the sink and shower fixtures. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with Ray & Sons Plumbing. After the first visit to rough in the plumbing we were left with a hole in the ceiling below the bathroom from that was caused when the drain was being moved (I can't comment on if this was avoidable or not, but it caused a mess on our floor and piano below that Ray did not bother to even attempt to clean up), a leaking faucet pipe and a rough in for the new shower faucet that was off center and would not be covered by the new fixture. Ray returned the next day to fix the leak and again move the pipes to where they should have been placed the day before. After our remodel was complete, Ray came back to hook up the sink faucets and drains. Later that night, I noticed both drains were leaking and called Ray. He was out of town, but had someone come the following day, who was late by about an hour from the expected time with no call or anything. In total, there are a lot of plumbers, I'd recommend finding a different one.

We had a great experience with Ray & Sons. I woke up to a leaky toilet and found Ray & Sons on yelp. I sent a message around 8am to inquire about an appointment and to get an estimate and Ray was out at our home the very same afternoon. Very fair price, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Ray's services again and I would recommend him to anyone that needs some plumbing work done. Thank you Ray!

I was very impressed with Ray & Sons. They responded very quickly to my inquiry over other companies that contacted as well through Yelp. They offered a great deal to install 2 toilets and 3 bathroom faucets. The gentleman was 40 minutes early! In and out in 2 hours. I will definitely use them again! Thank you guys!
