Called Ray again for water problems under my house. Unfortunately, there was a gas leak I was not aware of. However, Ray repaired the gas leak quickly and moved on to the original problem. Thank you Ray for finding that gas leak. Great communicator and fair pricing. Continues to do excellent work with a wonderful standard of ethics, morals, and values.

Ray and Sons just completed a major plumbing nightmare at our 99 year old house and I can't say enough great things about their work! They were prompt, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonably priced. They started out doing one job, but as often happen with ancient houses such as ours, something else appeared which could have been disastrous down the line. He totally fixed everything quickly and efficiently. This company is honest honest honest and I can't recommend them enough!

Ray is the best plumber! I messaged him on yelp asking for his help finding a replacement part for our shower water valves. He responded quickly and was able to locate the part. We had tried using Bonnie's before callling him but they weren't able to locate the part. Anywho, Ray was super professional, was able to come out soon. He was calm and made us feel at ease. While he was there, he also installed our new garbage disposal. He is professional, responsive and his rates are very reasonable. I'm so happy to have found a trusty local plumber.

Most honest plumber ever: Ray came to fix what was flagged by inspector as a tub leak from the crawl space, repair estimated $400-800 by several plumbers. Turn out it was just the overflow cap that had turned upside down, with water going down from the spout, and Ray fixed it in 5 min and charged his normal $120 travel fee.

We needed someone to look at a clogged drain in our commercial kitchen and after making numerous contacts we decided to go with Ray. Ray provided upfront cost and was able to get someone in the next day. Jeff came in and was able to look at all five of our drains and even our mop sink. Excellent service! Our water heater was leaking, we called Ray and he came out immediately. He completed the work that same day despite having to go for more parts. He cleaned up his mess and actually left my garage cleaner than it was before he came. Friendly and very affordable. I'll never call anyone else but Ray and Sons for our plumbing needs!!

I am updating due to the lack of response. I called to ask about a charge my apartment manager said I was responsible for. When the plumber was in my apartment he and I discussed what happened with my garbage disposal. She claimed the problem was different from my discussion with the plumber. Even the invoice said what we discussed and not her wild claims. It was also presented to me over two weeks after the fix of my garbage disposal. To keep from being served a three day notice for lack of pay I am now out $65 because Ray couldn't call me back for a quick five minute conversation.

The customer service here is bad. My place was always left messy, they used my personal items (add another $5.25 for the laundry I had to do) they left my apartment unlocked (had someone went in who knows how much that would have cost me) and they can't return a phone call.

I do not recommend using this company. Shell out a few more bucks for quality work and customer service.
