I have used Shaffer for my last 3-4 plumbing needs; they are a local provider. In my last service, the company was not transparent on the bill and overcharged for a basic scheduled service call. Over $800 for a 2 hour scheduled call is unreasonable in this marketplace. I paid the bill only cause I needed the work completed. NEVER AGAIN! Watch out folks and make sure you get FULL break out on parts (over 100% markup) and service. I would NOT recommend!

These guys came highly recommended to me, but I've never used a plumber before really so I didn't know what to expect. The staff was very friendly made an appointment when I needed it, and even changed it when I needed at the last minute. The plumber Luke was awesome. He did the job very quickly and the price was great. Even after he finished and left, my husband managed to break something else and Luke came back immediately to fix that as well. We will definitely use Luke and Ray Schaefer and his company again.

Great experience. Prompt response to an urgent request. Got a same-day appointment and was then moved up in the queue when an earlier slot became available.

The tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable; he provided a fixed price quote for a best and worst case scenario. The work was done professionally and neatly.

They're a little pricey, but the result was worth it. I'd definitely recommend.
