Total amateurs. This incompetent business has had me waiting on a spare part for MONTHS that was supposed to have been ordered by now. Literally nothing has been done and I had this leak for going on 3 months. Have tried calling countless times and left many messages and to this day: Nothing. Absolutely PATHETIC.

What a WONDERFUL experience to use Raven PH&BP. From scheduling an estimate, to job completion this team was professional, on time, clean, safety conscious [masks] and did the job right the first time! Gavin [the owner] was quick to come out and provide an estimate. The two teams that performed the work were on time and cleaned up after their work. They informed me of what they were doing and how long it was going to take them. We highly recommend Raven for plumbing and HVAC modifications to a home.

Raven was contracted by my home warranty company. They came out within 24 hours, and fixed the problem. The technician was very nice, and had us fixed and up and running in less than 2 hours. Thank you Raven!

I have used Raven Plumbing twice--once to change the faucets on a kitchen sink that were frozen in place, and once to change a leaky outside faucet. Both times they provided excellent service at a good price. For the outside faucet job, two guys came over. It took longer than expected (as often happens with plumbing projects!), and I was worried they might charge me more, but they did not. The kitchen faucet took less than half an hour, and the guy said, ""well, the house call is for an hour's worth of service minimum. Is there anything else around the house that you want me to do?"" I appreciated that! They are my go-to guys in Grand Junction whom I would recommend to anyone.

Not impressed at all with this company! Raven was sent to us through our home warranty company and not our choice. Technician appeared to not know what he was doing and my husband had to direct him towards the obvious problems several times. When he decided he knew the problem he left and returned with what he called ""...not the right one for this unit, but I'll make it work"" transformer. No paperwork was left with us, so we do not know what labor was done or what part was put on our furnace. After 3 calls to have paperwork sent, the company still has not called me back. Yesterday I found water in the basement where the condensation tube was not put back on after his work on the furnace. Unfortunately, nothing about this service was professional.

This company charged us 5 hours for a job that should have been 2-3. They charged us $611 for the same water heater that I could have purchased for under $400. I understand markups but that seems a bit much. They did reduce labor by one hour when I disputed bill but getting information from them was very difficult. I do NOT recommend this company.

DO NOT USE RAVEN!!!! They are not reliable nor professional....Here's our story....services were rendered by Raven on May 6, 2019 in response to our request for a minor leak from our water heater. A technician from Raven inspected our leak the next morning, and we were told by him that he fixed the leak and that our water heater was in good working condition. At about 8:00 p.m. that same evening, my husband saw that the water heater was still leaking and said we need to call Raven back out in the morning. About 9:30 p.m., he was surprised to see that the hot water heater had now blown out and that there was now about two inches of water covering our whole finished basement area. We immediately called Raven's after hours number and was told that someone would be out first thing in the morning. The next morning (May 7th), a technician from Raven came out and inspected the mess. He saw that the hot water heater had blown. We were told that the prior technician had been fired, as this was not his first mistake. He also told us that someone would be back in touch with us as to how to proceed with the mess, but never received a call back from Raven. We were left on our own to contact a restoration company to come clean up a mess that occurred because of Raven's technician's negligence. This only touches on the continual problems we have had....

My A/C stopped working on Saturday, 6-10-17. Raven sent a service tech on Tuesday, 6-13, and informed me my A/C transformer had failed, and Raven couldn't have a new one until Thursday, 6-15. The service tech came back on 6-15 with the new transformer, which he burned up, because he didn't know how to wire the new transformer. Wiring the new transformer only involved removing the wires from the existing bad transformer, and attaching them to the new transformer! If I had known how incompetent he was, I would have wired the new transformer myself! So Raven ordered another new transformer, which another service tech brought with him on 6-16, but that tech didn't have a clue about how to wire it either, and he even asked me how he should wire it!! Completely unacceptable!! Another Raven service tech was supposed to arrive at 8:30 this morning, to finally fix the problem, but since it's 10:00 now, I doubt they will send anyone to fix this problem, which means my land lord will probably be forced to hire another company to fix this problem! And even if Raven fixes this problem today, their performance has been totally unacceptable! Now this A/C malfunction not only effects my apartment, but also the apartment next door. The outside temperatures have been in the 100's, which means both apartments have had inside temperatures in the 90's, for the past 8 days! Raven's service techs don't know what they're doing, and because 'word of mouth' travels very fast in the Grand Valley, I'll give Raven the worst recommendation I've ever given any company! For anyone who is looking for a heating and plumbing service company in the Grand Junction area, do not use this company!
