I reached out to friends for plumbing recommendations & two friends gave referrals for Rave Plumbing.
I called Rave, got an answer immediately, and had a plumber at my house within two hours of the call.
Of course, my plumbing issue wasn't a small job i was hoping for; it was worst case scenario. I had to update all the old galvanized steel to copper pipes.
Rave started the job that afternoon. I was out of water for one day at the most. The job was complete in a total of four days.
The crew was friendly, clean, and respectful of my schedule. I trusted them to lock up my place when i was not there by the end of the day.
Had a couple hiccups a few days after completion, however, Rave responded to my house to correct the minor issues & now I have the best water temperature and pressure.

Our family has been using this company for a few years now! They are prompt, clean and professional. Today Ozzy was at the house due to a backed up swear drain! Called Rave plumbing at 11pm on a Thursday night with a major clog disabling the entire restroom, the 50 year old toilet did not look like it would take well to being pulled and reset without a major job, these pros got on the roof , ran 90' of snake and cleared the drain , no problem. They were gone by 12:30 am, with a very reasonable emergency charge of 150 added to the bill (which I thought was entirely fair)
I can not stress enough how professional these gentlemen were!

In answer, to Rave, the sewer line was not cracked or broken according to second opinion. Yes a lot of joints had roots, and most were cleared by Rave. The only ""crack"" or break we saw on 2nd opinion camera is a Y connector joint. Again, very courteous service and fast but main complaint is that there was still a sizeable root at the end of the line that needs another hydrojet job to remove.

I had a blocked main line. They arrived very quickly. The sewer line was cleaned out at a reasonable price, and have not had ant trouble since. They did spend some time on the Up-Sell. They wanted to do a hydro-whatever, and a camera scope of my line for around $1200. I spent more time just getting them to snake my line than the procedure took. It was only after I said Thanks for coming, I'll call someone else, that we agreed on $300 to snake a line. The job was then done quickly, and still no recurrent problems.

The first thing that impressed me about Rave Plumbing was how quickly they responded. When I called I was told someone would be here in an hour and they were, and called to let me know when they were on the way. Ozzie was the plumber who came and he was very pleasant, very courteous and I felt confident he'd do a good job.

The job turned out to be a big one since I live in an older house and the drain pipes under the kitchen sink were completely corroded through. I had started to install a garbage disposal and when I saw what bad shape the pipes were in I knew they'd have to be replaced. I could actually push the side of a pipe with my finger and make a hole through the corrosion.
Ozzie spent several hours and replaced all the drain pipes with ABS pipe. This required breaking through the dry wall and also re-routing the new pipes in order to allow attachment to the garbage disposal.

He was here a few hours and did a terrific job, actually fast for the amount of work required.
When he called me into the kitchen to let me know he was finished, all the old corroded pipe was gone and the entire area was cleaned up.
I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and would recommend Rave and Ozzie one hundred percent.

I've used Rave Plumbing on more than a few occasions. One of the things that impresses me most about them is their consistency. Consistency to deliver great quality services at a fair price. Now there may be some out there that read this review and say, ""if their service is so great, why do you have to keep calling them out every few years?"" Here's why, the house I live in is a very old house. Many, many years ago we had our piping redone. The plumber we used started out great. Friendly and accommodating. Quoted us what we thought was a fair price for the services we agreed upon. Well that experience was a learning lesson. It turned into a nightmare. The plumber was licensed and he started the job but then gave the work to other people. Parolee's and ex drug addicts (the ""ex"" was questionable) were now doing the work. There was even a fist fight in front of my house between them over getting paid. To make a long story short they charged us for high quality part and bought substandard materials. (Thanks again Juan for bringing that to our attention.) Unfortunately, we didn't find that out until a few years ago.

Now fast forward to Rave Plumbing...Juan was the first one I had contact with. Have a look at my past reviews for more on him. So yesterday I called Rave and spoke with Juan and ask him to come down for an issue we were having with our bathroom sink. Today, Ozzy show's up. Young guy. Based on my past experience, my red flags went. I trusted Juan, I've seen his work and was very comfortable with him. I talked to Ozzy for a few minutes and he came off as a professional, knowledgeable person. Polite and courteous. He came in, took care of our plumbing issue and left our bathroom floor cleaner than it was. I tried telling him not to worry about the cleaning. His response to me was ""you shouldn't know that we were here"". That's the same thing Juan had said to me the first time he did work for us. That tells me that high standards, great quality of workmanship and professionalism are the foundation of this company. That is so rare now a days. Please thank Ozzy for a great job. It was a pleasure meeting him. If you're in need of plumbing services, Rave Plumbing is your best choice.

When our kitchen sink backed up, they were at our house in no time at all. Problem was handled quickly and properly, and the price was very reasonable. Juan was very professional and honest. I'll definitely call them again should the need arise.

Rave Plumming provided service within 1hr on a weekend with affordable pricing. Juan was dispatched and called about 15mins before showing up, he was very professional, clean and explained the processes that he preformed.

Since having Rave come out 2 months ago I had a water main break on me on a Wednesday night!! Rave came out within 15mins provided a very reasonable quote and performed 90% of the work on the very next day; 9am-9pm. They came back out the following morning to finish up backfilling and to clean up.

The owner even came out on Saturday to make sure all work and clean up was to my liking, great job guys!!
