Just bought home in SV. We had new countertops and sinks installed but none of the plumbing could be connected easy.
Called Raul late Friday cuz we had no water. He kindly came out in the AM ( Saturday) with an employee and got all our sinks connected and up and running.
Hallelujah we had WATER!!
Bless him for his knowledgeable and great work.
We have a list of other plumbing needs and will for sure use him again.
Such a nice man too.

I had a small job that I couldn't do myself but I needed it done same day. I called just about every number in the phonebook (yes I used the phonebook) and Raul was the only one that was able to come out and didn't charge me an emergency fee. He was on time, professional, friendly, and got the work finished quickly. I highly recommend Raul to anyone who needs a plumber!

He gave me a quote over the phone that was different from what he wanted when he arrived. I agreed to the ""new"" price and all I got was "" I'm busy this weekend. I'll come out the next"" twice before I canceled and found someone who can actually show up and Not change his prices because he's a troll. Find someone else cause he is a typical plumber out to make cash instead of helping others.

I just witnessed a true professional at work. Raul and his capable assistant had to run a new sewer line from the property next door through my property to the sewer main. My vacation rental was fully operating and they did not bother my guests at all. In Old Bisbee it is rare to have a huge job done quietly and so well. I am a retired marine engineer with knowledge of pipework and was amazed how they pinpointed and repaired the problem. I highly recommend his services.

I called Raul's plumbing for an estimate he is a local Bisbee business. I am a local as well. He said he would come by on Saturday but he never showed up. I called him and he said he would be over in 20 minutes. Well, I waited about an hour and he still did not show up. So, I call again he said he would be over in 5 minutes. To make a long story short the guy never called again or showed up for the estimate. Extremely unprofessional!

Was quoted $800.00 to repair the plumbing in my commercial building. The owner attempted to repair the leaks in an older pipe and increased his PRICE to $1,000.00.
Unfortunately, he did NOT repair all of the leaks because my employee crawled into the same space that te captioned plumber had worked and found not only a second leak just 4 feet from the repaired leak, but, the repaired leak did NOT hold. The owner would only fix his repaired leak and was going to charge another$1,000.00 to fix the additional leak which I finally had another person repair for $40.00. Raul is expensive, evasive, and lacks competency.

This is the worse plumber I have ever met and the work will be horrible and it will cost you an arm and a leg. I would not recommend this guy to my worse enemy. Bottom line he is a scam. Charged me100 dollars to run the snake in my house. Took him 10 min.
