Very unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They never showed up. I called a couple times thereafter to reschedule and they never called back or responded. Very uncool. I gladly spent my money elsewhere.

Well, what can I say? I have been calling them for a replumbing job for two months. i am informed that they will be out on a certain day to look at the job but that day comes and no one returns calls or shows up. This has happened multiple times.
After 6 calls they tell me today that they will not be available for another month to even look at the job, much less get it done. Why didn't they simply tell me that the did not want the work in the first place rather than string me along.
Look over more recent reviews regarding their work and charges, I cant speak to that. Just the unprofessional behavior.

Came out to clear a drain which they did not do. Charged us for two hours when they were only at our house for one. It took a month for them to return our phone call regarding the over billing.

DO NOT USE THEM! I have worked with multiple plumbers in the area, but this company is the worst. They will upcharge you, the office is a mess, they do not return calls in a timely manner, yet threaten you months later. Heard bad experiences for years from realtors, customers, etc.as an attorney and sadly a customer, I advise you: beware.

Worst service I have ever received. Showed up on wrong day. Left without hooking up cold water to the walk-in tub that was being installed. Had to come back. Very rude about it. Sent bill to wrong address and then threaten to send bill to collections. Bill was paid in full. Water faucet in shower still doesn't work properly. I would of given no stars but yelp wouldn't allow it.

The office staff were friendly, professional and positive- the crew were equally as professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. They were thorough and yet quick. What more could you ask for in a service company? I would highly recommend Rau Plumbing!

Rau Plumbing instilled a takless hot water heater for me in Newport. Both the son and father were here to make sure all went well. It went so smoothly as I knew it would.
I have had Rau plumbing for my kitchen sink leak and the receptionist was not courteous, helpful and reassurring too. I highly recommend Rau Plumbing for all you needs in that area.
