I watched as the owner acted extremely rude, unprofessional and confrontational with staff members at a local government office. I was shocked at how he treated those ladies. I would NEVER give my business to someone like that.

Dale Rath has been servicing my two furnaces for years. He keeps them in tip-top shape. They've never given me any trouble whatsoever. He returns calls promptly and show up when he says he'll show up. He's pleasant and I enjoy chatting with him. He leaves the workplaces clean. When my furnaces and central air conditioner eventually die, I'll look to him first to buy new ones.
