It was my first time requesting services from them and I was in need for same day plumbing due to my toilet constantly leaking that night. They arranged a time for me and they arrived within an hour at 10:30 pm! ISRAEL was the one who came to help and he knew what he was looking for and doing to get the job done. We knew little about plumbing so he was there to inform us what was needed to be done and what was the cause of the problem.
Everything worked out very well and we were satisfied with our services!

So, like many of you I was looking for a plumbing company with the highest amount of stars for the right price. I requested a quote for services from several companies. Rasco Plumbing & Rooter was not only the most responsive one I found but one of the best prices. They were able to come out same day, make repairs (at a reasonable price) and quickly. The work looks great! The service was excellent, isn't like other companies where they're trying to force other services on you. I highly recommend Rasco if you are ever looking for plumbing services.

We had leak in the plumbing of the kitchen faucet and I contacted Rasco through Yelp based on their reviews. They came out and inspected the sink and I was told that there was something faulty with the faucet itself rather than the pipes. He told me I needed a new faucet so his visit was short; however, he didn't charge me for it! I got a new faucet and he came back another day to install it. The price of installation was comparable to other businesses I researched. A few months later, the faucet is still running fine and there's no leaks. I would use them again if needed.

When I opened my water bill and saw it was $200 when it's regularly under $30, I knew I had a problem. The water company (IRWD) came right out and confirmed a leak.
My neighbor referred me to Rasco's and I am so glad she did. I called Rasco's and Tomas said he'd be at my house at 3:30 to check it out. Unbelievably, at 3:30 on the dot, he was at my door!
He determined the leak was in the main water line and I decided to replace the whole 46-year-old line rather than just fix the leak. (Why tempt fate?)
The crew came the next day and did the job. They were at my house right on time and worked for more than 8 hours, staying into the evening to test every water faucet in the house and then clean everything up. You can't even tell that my lawn was torn up for the new water line.
The price was reasonable and they were timely and personable. I highly recommend Rasco's and will use them again for any plumbing issues I may have ... but hopefully not soon, for my sake!

I am so grateful to Tomas and Israel for hooking up a garbage disposal, reverse osmosis system, and ensuring the dishwasher was operating. My husband tried installing the garbage disposal only to find out there were a number of leaks and the pipes were not fitting correctly. Tomas was an expert at getting the right pipes so there were no leaks and installing the reverse osmosis system. He checked to make sure the systems worked well and cleaned the work area. Their prices were reasonable and they were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I was so happy that Tomas is honest and doesn't try and up sell products or services that other large plumbing companies do. It's nice to know there is a plumber that can be trusted

I got a call from my tenant that the kitchen sink and washing machine were both overflowing at 7:30pm. I found Rasco Plumbing on yelp. Tomas answered the phone right away and had his brother, Gregory, on the way to the house within 20 minutes. It was a clogged drain that needed to be snaked out. Everything was fixed and good to go within an hour and 30 minutes of my call and price was very fair. I will definitely be keeping Rasco Plumbing in my contacts for the future! Totally impressed with this company after meeting several plumbers. Good value, quick service, friendly, cleans up after, goes the extra mile to explain things. Had a leaky pipe in the ceiling fixed and a new toilet installed. definitely use again if needed. Two thumbs up.
