On a Saturday afternoon our pipes backed up. I called a few plumbers, all were either busy, closed or charging high Saturday rates. I saw a good review for Rasco Plumbing on yelp and noticed a lot of people said they were able to get help at odd hours. I called and voila! Thomas came over and on time. Charged a fair price for a Saturday. He was very thorough and fixed our problem. Cleaned up when he was done. Very nice polite guy! He gets our recommendation!

Just had Thomas and his associate Israel come out late minute as we had a leak in the garage, he showed up sooner than he quoted able to finish the Job for a very reasonable price compared to everybody else will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family and continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

What an awesome guy and service. Called at 1:00 pm .. Thomas was here by 3:45 pm. Bathtub not draining .. problem with next door neighbors tub draining issue too on other side of wall (townhome). Thomas snaked and worked on both sides to get it cleaned out including climbing on roof... one great price and both drains working now. Thomas at Rasco Plumbing is the person to call!!! Part of ""adulting"" is knowing who to call when something goes wrong on your property. For this couch surfer/renting adult, the only thing I knew how to do was call a landlord or throw up the deuces and bounce whenever plumbing issues came up. However, times have changed and with the new title of ""head of household"" next to my name, I had to get my Rolodex up-to-date with ""go-to"" professionals I could trust and rely upon if something in the house was falling apart. The first name I added to the list: RASCO PLUMBING!

While burning the midnight oil, desperately looking for a plumber to come to the house ASAP for some draining issues and mysterious gurgling from my toilet, I started emailing/texting/calling plumbers servicing our area for an eval and quote. Given that it was an unholy hour that I was contacting these people, I did not expect to hear from anyone until the next day, at the earliest. As I mentally prepared for another day without my bathroom privileges, to my utter shock, I got a text message almost immediately after I left a voicemail Thomas. He asked for basic details of the problems and then offered to come to the house that evening or first thing in the morning! Given the guilt I felt, I put my selfish needs aside and asked that he come in the morning, so he could at least get some sleep =/

As promised, he arrived right on time, evaluated the situation, and gave us a quote on the spot. I did some research on what our plumbing issues could've been, just to make sure plumbers wouldn't try misdiagnosing the issue and charging us for needless work. Needless to say, Thomas passed with flying colors! He got right to work once we gave him the thumbs up. He was able to get the toilet and shower back in working order before his next appointment for that morning! He was even kind enough to do a few tweaks to another bathroom in the house, at no charge! The total was under $200, which was seemed fair to me (I was unable to reach any other plumbers for quotes). There is also a 30 day guarantee - if anything goes wrong, he will come back and fix it! Luckily, we have not had to take him up on the guarantee.

When a handful of plumbers failed me and/or left me hanging, Rasco Plumbing was there to restore my trust in plumbing professionals! With Thomas being so professional, responsive, and a fast worker, what would've normally been a traumatizing plumbing experience was de-escalated to a homeowner inconvenience. You can bet that he will be the first person I'll be calling for any future plumbing issues!

Now, If only I could find a boyfriend who as responsive, attentive, and reliable....*sigh*

Let's just say when a plumbing emergency occurs you need someone who sees the urgency as you see it.

When our basement flooded, Thomas ran over to the rescue. He was quick to diagnose and price out. He was fair in his assessment and even when it took a little longer than he expected, the price didn't go up.

Respectful, affordable, and quick to serve. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Thomas answered my call right away even on a Sunday. We schedule s day for him to come the very next day he came on time and fix my clogged shower ,toliet and sink with great service. A day later my toliet was clogged again and he came out right away and found that I had dropped a paint brush inside .Thank goodness he came back no questions or hassle about it and fixed the problem again .Thank you Rosco for your great service I will call him for now on for any of my plumbing problems.

Full Disclosure: I'm writing this review for my dad. My parents water heater was problematic so they purchased a new one and needed help installing it. My dad called up Thomas, who fortunately said he could come over right away. Thomas was very professional and the installation took a little over an hour. Overall, my dad was very pleased with Thomas and says he will not hesitate to call him again.
