RASCHER PLUMBING IS THE BEST PLUMBER IN MINNESOTA. I have lived in Como Park St. Paul since 1994 and I have hired at least 10 plumbers over the past 30 years at my home. I have a 5,300 sq. ft. home with 4 bathrooms, 4 showers, spigots and faucets everywhere, pex tubing water lines and a single point-of-use commercial water heater, etc. It's a complicated set of plumbing issues. Rascher answered the phone, listened to me, and sent the best plumber money could buy, Jason. He was great. Fast, expert, efficient. Jason fixed a low water pressure shower problem that vexed us for 15 years! Just like that, it was fixed!!! I am so appreciative. I had already spent $2,000 on other plumbers over the years to try to address the problem and NOBODY knew what to do. Several suggested ripping the walls apart to fix it. Not Jason. He fixed it quickly and fixed it right. I have tried all the other plumbers who I won't mention here, but Jason from Rascher Plumbing is hands down the most professional and competent plumber I have ever worked with. Hire him. If I could give 20+ Stars I would. Thank you Jason!

I had a positive experience with this plumber. I contacted Rascher on a Monday about replacing the garbage disposal in my condo. I searched local Facebook groups for plumber recommendations and saw their name pop up several times. They originally made an appointment for that Friday, but called me back on Tuesday with an earlier opening, which I really appreciated, so I ended up having a new garbage disposal by Wednesday! The plumber I worked with was Ed, and he was very adaptable to the quirks of the tiny 100yr old condo I live in. It took about 2.5 hours. Ultimately the garbage disposal plus installation cost $875. (The Google estimates I was reading said garbage disposals are usually between 200-900.) They seem like a reliable operation.

They replaced one toilet in our house and fixed another (which required a new valve and flapper, plus securing the tank and a new cut-off valve at the wall). They responded to my e-mails, suggested an excellent toilet that fit our tiny bathroom space, set up a time ...and Jason (one of their plumbers) came over and did the work, neatly and efficiently. We later had problems with the new flapper, and Jason came back and improvised a way to fix it (for no extra charge). They are reasonably priced and do good work. I highly recommend them.

Tim came to our house a few weeks ago to fix the leaky pope that was dripping through our kitchen ceiling. He wore a mask. He answered all my questions and was friendly and courteous. I showed him where the pipe was leaking. I am very impressed how quickly he replaced the pipe. He was very knowledgeable about what to do He did a nice job, we are very happy with his work.

I first want to thank Rascher for the quick response. I called every single plumber in the St. Paul area and not one of those companies seem to care about my situation. I got told Monday was the next appointment and one company told me it would be $700-$1000 just to come out and it wouldn't be until 6pm. Regardless of the situation Rascher said they'll call me back in around noon and they did. They sent Jason and Jake and right away they drove from West St. Paul to my residence. He inspected the pipe and right away got to work. Jason and Jake made sure they cleaned after and made sure everything was nice and right before they left. Thank you so much for coming over and fixing my head ache! I will for sure use this company, hopefully for nothing serious as what I had today but sure will recommend and use them again.

I had a phenomenal experience with Rascher Plumbing and I didn't even use them! I called, fully expecting to have to pay a LOT of $ for a job that was recommended by a home inspector. But Jeff, who answered the phone, advised me that what I was told didn't sound ""right"" and to get a sewer inspector instead. The company he recommended was also excellent (McDonough) and the recommended repair was NOT needed. His integrity and knowledge saved me so much money and a big headache. I will DEFINITELY call Rascher whenever I need a plumber, from now on. Thank you, Jeff!
