I had a backed up line. My former plumbing service failed me the last time I called them so I looked at reviews from other companies. Rare Breed had good reviews so I called. I'll summarize:

1) They called me immediately and scheduled around me.
2) I received a text notifying me that Mr Hartford was on his way and included a photo of him : )
3) Dom Hartford was on time, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. And very respectful toward me and my property.
4) Hartford did not charge me for ""snaking"" my pipeline because it didn't fix the problem. He scheduled me for a more serious option the next morning.
5) On Rare Breed's second visit Mt Hartford and Mr Carson Field were both on time, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
6) It was a big mess - until Dom and Carson cleaned it up, with my rags and cleaners but they cleaned it well.
7) They ran for a part and returned with replacement cleaning supplies for me so I could just discard the old stuff.
8) They triple checked everything before they left to make sure all else was well.
9) I paid a fair price for two days of work for two professionals.
10) I have a new plumbing company. You should try them.
On a side note - Rare Breed provided some treats for my dog while they were here. Pet Wants is a local, small batch company that makes treats my dog loved. I got a 20% off coupon from Rare Bred so now we have new dog treats too. Thanks Rare Breed and Pet Wants.

Our kitchen sink would not drain. Rare Breed was excellent to work with and did an outstanding job communicating with me both via text and telephonically. They sent a team to our address and they arrived within the time frame that I was told. The drain was snaked out and cleaned, issue resolved! We were/are very pleased. The young men did an outstanding job quickly and since we had received snow they did have wet footwear and they cleaned up our floor (even when we told them we would take care of it, they insisted they do it...and did immediately). We were very appreciative! The cost was very reasonable and they gave us a Military Discount.

We moved here 4 months ago and had multiple plumbing issues. They were quick to schedule, on time, great communication, diagnosed the issues quickly, fixed the issues, explained how to handle them, upfront and honest, identified what was best and didn't feel taken advantage of. I really felt like they are confident in what they do and are value added. They have high quality products for replacement that will last. I am going to use them again. They are one of the few companies that also specialize in steam showers, air jet tubs etc so they were able to figure out what the issue was with those as well. I would 100% recommend them for all your plumbing and specialized plumbing needs. Thank you!

I contacted Lundberg Plumbing by email through Yelp at about 1:30 am Monday after I discovered quite a bit of water on my laundry room floor at about 5 pm Sunday afternoon, leaking fast from my water heater. Preventing worse damage and making a good plan took time. Lundberg responded within 5 minutes by an automated reply of ""out-of-office until 8 am."" I phoned their office about 11 am and Madi told me someone would come between 3 and 6 pm. She was very nice and very helpful!
Chaz Dudschus beat that, arrived at 1:30 with the right replacement water heater and finished replacing the water heater at 3:20, less than 2 hours! We finished billing and payment at 3:30 pm. The new water heater works GREAT. This was GREAT SERVICE, much quicker than I expected. The price was about what I expected, NOT a bad surprise, so I paid it immediately!

We had a great experience working with Lundberg Plumbing. We had a few plumbing problems we needed their help with, a garbage disposal and a non cooperative shower faucet. They were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner and were communicative throughout process. Chad let us know when he was 20 minutes out, which as mom with a toddler and a newborn I appreciate so no necessary naps were interrupted. He was able to identify the problems, gave us options for the solutions, and together find the best resolution for our needs. Our home is a bit older so we needed more than just the issues with a shower faucet, because that's how older homes are, and Chad was still able to add that additional work needed and finished everything in one visit. We discussed price throughout so there were no hidden fees or add ons. He explained things easily, no salesman style pitch. We have a few more plumbing projects we'll need help with in the future and we will definitely be using Chad and Lundberg plumbing.
