Discovery call to fix water heater went great. At the time we'd been without enough hot water to take a shower for 2 weeks. Said we should have an approval within 3 days and they'd be out the following Thursday or Friday. Instead of getting follow up to say we'd been approved and to schedule the appointment my husband had to chase them down. Then they told us they wouldn't have the water heater till the following Monday. When they came to fix the water heater, they brought a broken one. So miraculously they were able to get a new one at their distributor in 25 mins. So they lied to us and weren't waiting for anything, just wanted us without hot water for 3 1/2 weeks. They dumped the old water heater out on my back porch instead of the entire yard. One tech had to get parts from the car every 5 minutes and kept slamming my door, hard slam too. The sprang a leak when they installed and left without turning the water on. Use a different plumber and save yourself a headache and hopefully get someone who is more honest.

This is simply based on service.
I called in the morning just at opening at 8am. The receptionist picked up promptly. And this is why I gave any stars at all.
But the good news stopped there.
She abruptly let me know they couldn't come by our home until 6 days later.
It was urgent so I asked if we could be put on the waiting list, hoping that we would get bumped up. She repeated rudely that they couldn't see us 'till Thursday. I asked again if we could get on the wait list. Nothing. She had Hung up on me.

Hired them for a third time. They have a new dispatcher who was on top of it all and got a plumber out to fix our water problem right away and helped me figure out permits. They were professional and thorough as always and their prices were comparable to other companies. I like they are locally owned and operated. I will definitely recommend and use Raptor Rooter again.

Showed up early for our appointment (after calling first) which worked out great for me. Diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and gave me an estimate. Finished the job in about an hour, and i have had no further problem. Professional, prompt, friendly and polite. Recommend without hesitation.

The plumber showed up wearing the popular UnMask Covid mesh mask and made the situation worse by somehow leaving my toilet running every 3 to 5 minutes until he returned a few days later to fix it so I could sleep without water rushing noises waking me up every night. The warranty company charged me a second $75 fee because this plumber reported that nothing was wrong and, although I've left four messages to discuss this, they refuse to return my calls. If you want shoddy work and zero accountability then this is the place to waste your money. For me, I spent $150 of my VA disability to be treated horribly.
