Amazing service! I reached out to Raptor due to water coming out of my dishwasher air gap every time I ran the dishwasher, and was able to get someone to come out within 24 hours. Miguel was awesome! He fixed the issue quickly, left everything clean after he was finished, and also answered other plumbing questions I had. He was also very friendly and helped me understand what to look out for. Miguel came over for a service call to our house. By the time, we already had the drain issue fixed - but Miguel took their time to really make sure no issues exist. They tested the toilets with multiple cameras, and even used an auger on the toilet.

Best of all, their policy of only charging if they found issues - seemed very reasonable.

Miguel was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything.

Raptor Plumbing is a very honest and caring company. They were very helpful and their pricing is also lower than their competitors. They explained to me a good game plan to solve a clogged sewer line with step by step increments so the bill won't be so high from the start of the job.. I went with a different company because of a scheduling need get started within the hour.

A dead sump pump backed up the kitchen sink and spewed sewage into the crawl space. Raptor did an efficient, thorough, and professional job. Most effective contractors I've ever worked with.

For all that, it cost three times as much money as the next closest quote. I will go to my grave chewing on the idea that you get what you pay for.

I contacted Raptor with a clogged pipe ( so I thought) . My washer water was backing up into my utility sink. Upon further investigation it turns out that my laundry line was not connected to the sewer. Previously, I had another company move my sewer cleanout to an outside access point and install a sewer liner. The laundry pipe had been cut and not attached to the sewer line so all the water had been draining into the soil.

I cannot tell you how impressed I was by Miguel's workmanship. He explained the problem very well and proceeded to fix it. I will definitely recommend Raptor to anyone who needs a plumber!!!
