do not use. a test drain plug was left in my shower drain during building!!!!!! i have spent thousands on plumbers over the years and finally the issue was identified. raptor plumbing is not taking any responsibilty for their poor workmanship and will not help to resolve the issue. horrible customer service.

Don't waste your time with this company. From the people who answer the phone to the tech who came, didn't ring the doorbell and left - they're a waste of your time and when you push through their rudeness and incompetence, they'll quote you double what the competition quoted. At least if you're going to overcharge, treat potential clients with respect

Luckily our issue wasn't to big. We just had our house built and couldn't figure out why in the world all the water worked In the house except for the ""cold"" handle water in my bathroom. I was freaking out thinking OMG they didn't connect anything after all this, this isnt connected!!!! I feel like we wasted his time but I appreciate him coming out, he told us that underneath we have these pull push mechanisms and if you push it, it shuts it off, if I pull it it turns the water on. I feel bad for wasting his time but it was a simple solution that got fixed and we found the answer we were looking for!!!! Th I you guys!!!

This is the biggest scam in Las Vegas! We had Raptor come out to our house to fix a leak in our front yard that our landscaper told us was a plumbing issue. The plumber wasn't here for more than a few minutes (even according to him) before he moved some rocks and found that the leak was coming from another pipe that was not plumbing related. I was told when I made the service appointment that there was a fee of $95/hour with a minimum of two hours plus any materials. Fine, I thought, since I knew it could possibly take a few hours to fix the issue. HOWEVER, I did not know that if it turned out to be a non-plumbing issue that they would still charge the full amount. I can see if there was a small consultation fee for their time spent to come out and inspect the issue, but to charge the FULL $190 for 5 minutes of time is just a scam! They're obviously just trying to take advantage of their customer and take their money without even offering a solution. Terrible business, terrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst! Will not take responsibility for their shoddy installation and refuse the fix a problem that has been ongoing since we first moved into the house. Stay far far away

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .

bought a new house at AmericanWest and the plumbing is through raptor. paid $200 pre-installed water softener pipes. the water softener drain pipe in the garage was cut all the way to the wall so there was no way to connect. there was even a hand-written ""too short"" on the wall.

i was surprised that it passed the CQ inspection. had to call warranty company and plumber came saying they didn't do it and questioned me whether or not it was me who cut it. I am very frustrated that some contractors/sub-contractors CANNOT do their job right the first time and find excuses to blame others and try to get away.

the wall had to be cut open to extend the pipe. A careless and poor craftsmanship has caused a less than 20 minute job to install a softener more than 2 weeks.

Raptor plumbing replaced our old water heater in a rental we have in Henderson. They quoted a fixed rate price and had it done in a morning. 4 months later, we can see that this new water heater will pay for itself in 2 years. Considering it is warrantied for 7 years and should last 10 years or so -this was a very good decision on our part. Thanks Raptor Plumbing - highly recommended!

Raptor Plumbing was contracted by Lennar for new home builds and after 5 months in the home we had a major flood in the home. The house was plumbed for a water softener and the inside plumbing wasn't properly secured and caused the house to flood with 1700 gallons of water. My issue was Raptor plumbing's owner came to my home and denied any of it as their fault on the installation of the drainage loop, despite it being different from the initial model installation and many of the other homes in the same neighborhood. He quickly blamed the softener install (who did not put the plumbing in). Many other new builds currently under construction are being secured with copper to avoid such an occurrence. The owner of Raptor kept going on and saying copper is being phased out, yet in all of the other homes in our neighborhood was installed. Needless to say I had to get my insurance involved since Raptor and Lennar played the blame game and officially refused any liability. The flood shouldn't have happened if the box in laundry room was properly finished off holding the line in place so the water would drain properly during regeneration.
