I hired Raptor Plumbing to fix a few issues in a house I just got. A toilet tank was constantly leaking into the bowl. They installed a new toilet tank flush lever. The tank still leaked into the bowl. They came back a few days later and adjusted the chain on the flapper. The tank still leaked into the bowl. I Googled the problem, picked up the CORRECT lever from Walmart, and installed it in 5 minutes... problem solved. The lever Raptor installed was too long, with no hole right above the flapper. The flapper was pulled sideways at an angle, which created a constant leak. Raptor also installed a new part in a tub faucet that constantly leaked. The faucet has never stopped leaking since. I'll Google that issue tomorrow, and try to fix it myself. I was charged $175 for parts, several of which didn't solve the problems. The two guys were here about 20 minutes and charged me $150 for labor, half of which was inept at best. I talked with Raptor while they were here about putting in a new water heater. I will NEVER hire this company to do ANYTHING at my house again.

We ran into a last minute plumbing issue and we made a few phone calls for plumbers. No one could get out and help me with my issue. James and his partner showed up the same day and took care of my problem. They might be a little high in price but it was well worth it. James was a really nice guy and very helpful in showing me how my baseboard heating boiler system worked. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again

In response to your comment / I installed an 86 gallon tank and yes I was going to recommend you to a friend but after your outrageous quote that changed / triple charging for parts is wrong and you know it and labor at what you charge forget it /
