We have been using Raps services for our Water heater. They are top-notch. They are on time with their appointments. Marc is a very detailed guy and very careful with his jobs he's willing to go the extra mile to meet customers' satisfaction. Today Marc and his co-worker came to install a domestic hot water pressure expansion tank. The job was neatly and professionally done.

Mark with Raps did an exceptional job! My wall faucet handle had broken and could not be used. I had two other plumbers ""fix"" it only for it to break again shortly after the repair. Mark gave it some thought and actually fixed it. I have had no issues with it since! My experience with Raps is a very professional, reliable and friendly company. I called on a Sunday at 10am with no heat. The woman told me to wait for a call for someone to come. I never heard from them. I wasted an entire day in a freezing cold home, I wish that they had said they were too busy and I could have called someone else. I called another company the next day. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. At least I was able to go to my daughter's house to stay warm and not sit home all day waiting for a call that never came. It's Tuesday. I still have not heard from them.

Service is always great and speedy. The technicians superb at what they do to fix the problems. But the prices are ""high"" and management needs better attention on the ""Diamond Club Members"" especially before their membership dues expires!!!!

these people from Raps Plumbs are real smart alec's, gyp artists. They sold us a very expensive faucet, and soon after installation we noticed it was dented - as though damaged in shipment or possibly while it was in their truck. They blamed it on us, which was ludicrous - there is no way we could dent the faucet like it is dented at its end - and they came up with a phony cover story. Nasty, dishonest people.

Had a problem with one of the zones in my house wasn't heating up properly they came did the work it worked for a while now having the sang issue again. Patch up Job and they are rather expensive

They sent someone out to give me a quote to replace my kitchen faucet. I appreciated that he wore a mask and used boot covers while inside my home. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the first appointment because the tech was running late and no one ever called to let me know. We rescheduled for a couple days later. It's $60 for them to come out and give a quote, which they do not deduct from the cost if you choose to use them like some other companies do. I paid close to $400 for a basic kitchen faucet replacement (and I supplied the faucet from a big box store). They wanted over $200 if I bought one from them! The tech made a few comments while he was here about how cheap the old faucet is and how the new one is also cheap quality. I didn't appreciate that seeing as though he has no idea of one's financial situation. Bottom line: Raps got the job done, but it was very expensive and I was basically insulted in my own home. I would not use them again.

They were super helpful and quick to respond to my issue. I had a gas valve that had been damaged by our appliance installer. I called RAPS at 4pm on a Friday and a kind gentleman walked me through the process and also dispatched someone first thing on a Saturday to fix the issue. Over the phone, he also walked me through the steps to make sure there wasn't a leak and went above and beyond to ensure safety. On the day of the visit, the technician came with mask, gloves and booties and maintained social distancing. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I highly recommend their services!!
