Response time was extremely slow. Technician stated the part was on-hand or would be in by Monday (this was a Thursday). On Monday, I contacted them on status. Informed me that the part wasn't ordered yet. Would be in by Thursday. On Thursday, called to determine status of technician to let him in the house. Dispatcher didn't know where he was, and wasn't answering his cell. I went home for lunch and found out technician had been in the house to replace the part. Previously, had set up parameters that I was to be contacted to be in the house with the technician.

They've been to our place three times. Each time they've been great. Fixed a couple leaks and found other issues that saved us trouble. Highly recommend.
