we had our hot water heater stop working and after calling a few people m, we called RaponI and were told Craig would be in contact soon. Same day, Craig called back came out in a matter of hours and fixed the hot water heater. All the week before Christmas and the bill came in in a great price. yes they even billed us. If you need heating or plumbing Raponi is the only decision for us.

I called Raponi because the other plumbers in the area either cost too much or didn't answer. When the plumber arrived, he had a snarky attitude and refused to fix the leaking water under my downstairs bathroom. While he installed my downstairs toilet and new kitchen faucet, he charged me nearly $500 for the work. When I called him to see if I could make my payments in installments. He was snarky and told me to read my bill and that I had only ten days to pay. Luckily, I was able to pay him. On top of this, I had to call him to fix the leaking water in the cellar, underneath the downstairs bath. He came and fixed it. Now, I get another bill for $134 for a total of $634! Mind you, I didn't expect him to do it for free, but he should've gotten to the leaking water and fixed the damn thing!

Last night our boiler had a tantrum! I called Craig Raponi, and he was here at 8:30 this morning! (would've been 8am but the phone woke me on this beautiful Saturday. I always call Raponi Plumbing and Heating when I need them!!

I called this company to do work for me because I own a house in Fulton but I live in Australia, I have tenants who had a leak in the basement. I offered my credit card info to pay the bill and I later got an Email advising they decided not to do any work for me even though my banking is in Fulton, my accountant is in Fulton, my apartment manager does business in Fulton, and I have had NUMEROUS repairs done by Fulton businesses for the past 6 years I have lived in Australia with NO problems! DO NOT go to these people!!! They have NO common sense to not fix repairs because I am not in the country when I have a US bank AND credit cards!!! APPAULING and prejudice behavior!!!! Disgusted!!!
