Do not trust these people. They will upsell their customers. Told me I needed to replace my pcb board and gas valve. Gas valve was 200-300 for parts and pcb board was 500. They couldn't get the right pcb board so was told I won't need it. Replaced my gas valve and was charged 425 because it was cheaper than paying for the whole pcb board.

A few months ago they put in a new water heater for me. A few weeks ago I discovered I could not keep the pilot light lit and could only take freezing cold showers. I called them about the problem and they scheduled someone to come out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part in just a few minutes. Luckily, the repairs were covered by the warranty. Everyone was very nice, very efficient, and very quick to address the issue.

Run!! Move to your next option! After install, an hour later my house started flooding. Over $50,000 in damages and they told us to just call our insurance company. Now 6 months later, it stopped working and we found out it's a home depot tank. They should have let the Home Depot Pros install maybe our house wouldn't have be destroyed and we could call them to fix it now! Oh wait you shouldn't have to be doing repair on a new tank in the first 6 months. I know we will end up having to replace this tank. So buying a hot water tank from this company, flooded my home then just to end up not working six months later! A valve/hose already gone bad! I know eventually we will had to buy a new one. Just find a pro and save your home. I can't believe these people claim to be a professional business even after the flood, do you think the owner called or stop by to see how they could help. Just to be open, they came back when we called about the house flooding, just to tell us it's our fault and call your insurance. The pilot went out which is very rare but the technician cam out the very next morning and said the parts could take three days but then said they were going to take one off of the other new unit just to get us water that morning. Very fast and efficient! Thank you guys for all of your help and customer service!

I went out and got four different quotes including plumbers and a big box store to replace my water heater.
