Called another company and was quoted $475 plus (here's the kicker) they could not come till 2 days after. Roto rooter don't even get me started with what they said they had to do. Call rapid. IMMEDIATELY knows the problem, very up front, very professional. Confirms everything is good, and the price can not beat at all. 5 stars.

Rapid insisted that they need to get access to our apartment when the kitchen sink downstairs apartment water backed up from the sewer even we strongly objected to it because it did not make any sense. After the harassment from condo management, we was forced to take half off on last Friday and drove 45 minutes to get to the condo. It winded up they did not enter my apartment and they just snake the drain under the kitchen sink downstairs. After 5 minutes, the plumber unclogged the drain without enter my apartment upstairs. This showed that this plumbing co either tried to fool us or they are incapable to diagnose. The worse part is their attitude of refuse to explain the reason of why they need to get access of apartment. Should stay way from these guys.

A worker came to our house and their snake got stuck 40 feet down. Now they are saying it is our responsibility to get the snake out. DEP came out and said that it's their responsibility to get the snake out. They sent someone to assess and they want us to pay $12,500. I don't even know if the person they sent out is licensed.

Our toilet was clogged called Rapid Sewer was told they will try to snake it $125.00 and if it doesn't work they will have to remove bowl, $500.00. He comes looks sees bubbles says oh we have to remove bowl, there are bubbles. Never even tried the snake first ! . I should have thrown him out then. They do the job leave. within 24 hours my sink next to the bowl is clogged. It's didn't have so much as a slow drain. I tried working on it myself. No luck, we call the office and was told oh ok I'll send someone over.?he walks in says $175.00 (THIEF!!!!). the sink has nothing to do with the bowl! BS!!!!!! Asked him to leave which is what I should have done to begin with. Sounds like there are tricks to the trade!

Do Not Use This Company For Any Plumbing Work !!!!!
Two weeks ago I called them for a clogged slop sink , they sent Joe, he came quickly and did the job . I asked him to give me a quote to replace the slop sink, valves for the washer, faucets and drain connections. We also wanted them to take the old cement sink away. He took a picture and sent it to his boss Wayne who gave us a quote.We made an appointment, they showed up two hours early without calling me before their arrival like we were told. They sent 2 young guys that looked like they were just out of high school which made us uneasy.
They said they were just replacing the sink and we told them about the other work that was also to be done and showed them the receipt that Joe had written with the quote and naturally they didn't have all the parts they needed,so they called their boss to let him know and we also reminded them they were also taking the sink away and when they reminded there're boss he wanted to charge us again even though we were already charged in the original quote,
when we complained their boss told them to leave and told us to have a nice day which we took as condescending. We've used this company before for drain cleaning and never had a problem and surprised by this.
This company is very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them for any kind of work!!!!!! I gave them 1star but it wouldn't let me put a negative 1. DS

I called them cause my Tub was backed up, but when they finished the job and the problem persisted and I called them back, but they wanted $150 more despite the fact that they didnt do the job right the first time around

This company is horrible. I recommend no one uses them. They came out to our complex at Dartmouth Loop Estates, to proformed maintenance on our sewer mains and yet we still have clogging issues. With the COVID-19 in tow, they left our entire complex clogged without a resolution. I strongly recommend using someone else. Don't waste your money, seek another company.
