Extremely poor communication from this company.

I called on a Friday evening (8:00PM) for a plugged drain line and left a message with their answering service (live person) and was told to wait for a phone call. After waiting for 3 hours I did not receive a return phone call.

On Saturday shortly before (11AM) I called to follow up on the Friday evening request and was told I would receive a call from a plumber.

I did receive a call approximately 15 minutes later and was told someone would be at our site at around 7:00PM.

I waited for several hours (5-9PM) at my office and did not receive a call or any notification that the company would not be coming.

I certainly understand that on a weekend the staff may be very busy but it only takes 1 minute to place a courtesy phone call to a customer to let them know your schedule has changed and/or that you aren't able to make it to a site.

I was counting on you all and regrettably you didn't deliver.

We had an emergency situation with our toilet being plugged on New Years Day and these guys were on it! Definitely turned our ""crappy"" situation into a good one lol!! Our technician was the nicest guy ever and did a fantastic job. With only one toilet in our home he definitely saved the day!!

I requested this company to inspect my sewage system via camera during the home inspection for my purchase of my house. It was a Saturday and in the city of sturgis approximately 30 miles away from rapid city. When the technician arrived he stated he could not send the camera through the 2 inch vent because he did not bring a 2"" camera. The current/prior owner at the time did not want the toilet removed. The technician departed and no inspection was completed. A week later I received a bill from this company for; $75 for ""after hours"" since it was Saturday, $30 for mileage and an additional $75 for the service charge even though no work was conducted. I called to discuss the $75 service charge. After several more calls someone finally called me back weeks later. The gentleman was insistent that I pay the service charge even though he did not bring the right camera for the job. I sent Rapid Rooter the money and will never use this company or recommend them. This is merely their way of ripping people off.

I had two fixtures draining slow. Called them and they showed within minutes of schedule. Houston did a great job. I seldom give five stars to anyone, but the bill was so reasonable, they get five.

I have used this company a couple of different times, and without fail they have been prompt and have fixed my problem at a very reasonable price. The workmen are very courteous and efficient and have always fixed the problems that I have had. I like the company so much I have signed up for a yearly maintenance check.
