I called Rapid Rooter pro. I was told they would be out to my house in about 1 hr. 3 hrs later a Subcontractor, who issued a Card ""Super Plumbing"", Fellow came out, did not a Clogged Sink, I called him for. Just did a shallow snake job, & said it would cost $295 to fix if I did it now. or $495 If I called later.
We paid the $40 he left thats when we realized that sink was still clogged.
I called all morn long to Rapid Rooter pro & Super Plumbing ph #, only to
get mssg. that mail box was full (I placed at least 8 calls) I give up on this Bad Service provider.

They never showed up. Kept lying that they were on the way and I waited for 5 hours and still, didn't show up. DO NOT TRUST THEM

We called them for an emergency clogged toilet at around 8pm. They came within the hour and got it done in 10 minutes. It only cost $95 because it was flooded. Thank you!

We had a toilet backup and they came same day +. After trying to get the clog out of the toilet, they had to take the toilet off and snake the pipe too so there was an up-charge we discussed before moving forward +. They found there was a clog in the toilet that just couldn't be removed. The guys even had their supervisor come out +. The supervisors advised we needed a new toilet! I was really surprised. They must have seen the shock in my face and offered to install it for no additional charge + So I went to Home Depot and got a new toilet and they stayed around to get it installed +.

Negatives: they flooded the bathroom and used our house towels today it up (I offered them so it's on me but would be nice if they had their own). They also didn't put down the tarp to protect our carpet until I asked them too so we have to get the carpet shampooed to make sure all the poo water is cleaned up properly -.

Finale: I'm sure they didn't make a dime on this and they really helped us out. It's this kind of understanding that is so important to me. They are also easy for customer service with texting to help me review what happened +.

I would use them again.

I have a commercial laundromat and we usually have to call the plumber to snake our drain from the mainline inside the business about once every 8 months.

I called another company to snake and the plumber kept telling me I needed new pipes. I told him we re piped 4 years ago and he's telling me oh 4 years is too old it has already rusted over. Left and I paid a service call. Also lied about their snaking fee. Mine ended up being charged double when I was told it was 35.

Anyway, I was feeling helpless and I found this website and was told a plumber would be out in an hour. The plumber was late, but that was ok since it was a Sunday. Also, they still came pretty quickly on a Sunday when other plumbers would charge extra to work Sundays. Lazaro came out and immediately had a positive attitude and started working. He checked the mainline from the entrance where it is real dirty. All other plumbers said it wasn't necessary to snake there. They just didn't want to get their uniform dirty.

Lazaro used their biggest snake and still didn't work. I ended up getting the hydro jet and it is a bit pricey, but now my drain is clear and won't clog for a long time. Lazaro went above and beyond. After the hydro jet he got into the lint trap and with a bucket took out all the built up sewage. If this sewage wasn't removed I would have a clog again much sooner. It was such a dirty job and Lazaro did it with no complaints unlike every other plumber I ever had.

Also he sent a camera in after hydro jetting to show me how clear my pipes now were. I asked if I needed repiping and he said not necessary since it's only 4 years old. And the camera showed water now moving free and clear with no cracked pipes. Other plumbers like to speculate what's wrong. Lazaro did his work and knew what was actually wrong.

5 stars from me. Ask for Lazaro.
