This is the 2nd time I've used Rapid Rooter in a """"I need a plumber NOW"""" situation. The scheduler was able to get me on the calendar ASAP. The technician, John, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and proceeded with the repair. He cleaned up after himself and took his shoes off before entering the house. How courteous! Five stars Rapid Rooter!

Abner was great. He was on time and worked non-stop till he resolved the issue I had in the kitchen. Roto rooter isn't cheap by any means. If I had time to look around, I probably would have gone elsewhere. The only reason I went with Roto besides the fact I needed a plumber ASAP, was due to Abner. Great worker, and very clean. Thanks for all your help Abner. You were amazing.

Horrible, awful, dishonest, thief's! I live in a very old florida house that had had problems with roots. My landlord (who is amazing) called them to come out to fix the situation. Never fixed the situation! Did not return phone calls! Charged him $1000 for nothing being accomplished! Not only all of that, the gentleman that came out stole our hammer drill out of our garage! They are back out again to try and fix the issue finally, 3 days after the 30 day mark and saying they will not honor the 30 day warranty! Worthless company! Don't bother! Ever! I give this company 0 stars! The only reason they even got 1 is b/c I had too!

This company blows! I recently purchased a house and needed two very simple tasks completed...hook-up the copper water line (already there) to the new refrigerator, and install a new disposal I bought. I called on Monday morning, and was told they could have someone over at noon. Great! That's fast! However, they could not give even a ballpark estimate and said I would get a quote when the plumber takes a look at everything. But, a plumber didn't show up until 8 pm...after numerous calls and being told one was on his way over shortly. The quote was twice what I expected. He tried to pressure me to accept the quote. Nope....better to get a more professional plumbing service. ______________________________________________________ Update: I was contacted by telephone a few days ago by the owner of Rapid Rooter Plumbers. As a business owner, he was concerned about the review I had written. He apologized for the extreme delay in a plumber arriving...and I do understand that sometimes there may be extraordinary circumstances. However, their customer service/dispatch could have done a better job that day - a least done a better job at keeping me informed as to what was going on. His second concern was about my comment on their estimate. He explained why he had to charge what they were quoting. Yes, they may be valid reasons why they charge what they do, but I don't have to pay for it if I can find someone less expensive...which I was able to do. Sure, I could give them another chance, but I've found a great reliable, and less expensive plumber, so why should I?

My brother called Rapid-Rooter last week because all of the plumbing in my house was backed up except for the upstairs bathroom. The price was very high but by the time I arrived they were already started so there wasn't anything that I could do. After a few hours the guy they sent over, that had been trying to use a rooter could not clear the clog. He called someone else to shoot a jet of water into the pipes. This was even more expensive. I wasn't around when he was there but when I got back home there was a layer of sewage in my house. If that fixed the issue I still would have found it in me to write a decent review. Unfortunately all this accomplished was to push the plug farther into the pipes with a slow drain. We discovered this a few days later while trying to do laundry in preparation for a trip. Now that I am back I called Rapi-Rooter yesterday to come over and fix the backup for good... I thought. Only after the gentleman on the phone sounding very optimistic and said there would be someone over within a couple hours. The night came and went without so much as a phone call.

Hello & Good day, on Wednesday morning Gavin the Rapid Rooter Tech. came to my Apt. Hollywood, FL. and he was able to un-clog the the toilet and bath tub drains, the building is 53 years old and I had Gavin do the camera so that we can see where the intrusion is and so that it can be documented for the Coop board in the building for when they can start assessing the damage which in turns means a replacement of the cracked & corroded sewer lines needs to be addressed ASAP. Gavin was here about 4 hours and he did an awesome job He did everything that needed to be done and he cleaned my bathroom efficiently. Gavin is a great worker and very knowledgeable in his trade. I also met with Chris his field supervisor because he is the person with the cameras to make note of the recording for future reference of the issue at hand. Both tech's Gavin & Chris were great and with wonderful Customer Service skills with awesome feedback. I would recommend Gavin to all your Customers and also Chris. They both did a stupendous job of clearing those sewer lines and clean up and putting all the equipment back to its original bases with love and carefulness. Gavin and Chris went above and beyond within their duties. So they get 5 stars plus another 20 stars for a total of 25 stars for wonderful service. Please keep these two Tech's in your company for as long as you can. It's hard to find great and dedicated plumbing tech's who give you 100 % satisfaction and with awesome Customer Service demeanor. A month, almost two months ago, I wasn't present for the first visit and quote, but my husband says Gavin was friendly, professional, and knew what he was talking about. Gavin provided a written quote and came out the same day service was requested to evaluate for the quote. When my husband explained needing to submit a quote before agreeing to service, Gavin provided just that and wasn't pushy to getting the service right then and there. So I called back to schedule service. The first date I had to reschedule and I was thrown for a loop when they asked the reason for the reschedule..I find it a little none of their business. But today Jeff came for the rescheduled date. He was friendly and professional. My husband asked him if the job would still be the amount from the written quote. He stated it would. After I left my husband called me and stated Jeff said the job maybe more as he may needed to remove our toilet...I'm not sure what would have changed from Gavin's assessment and telling my husband today the quoted price could be higher. However, Jeff ended up fixing the issue at the quoted price and service time was less than an hour. I would use Rapid Rooter again because we had a second company come out for the quote process and their representative/ plumber was rude and rushed.

After calling many plumbing companies rapid was the only one who came out and even looked at my problem. They came out at 9pm on Tuesday night. Wed morning first thing they called with a price and had my salon back up and running by 10:30am. I paid 1/2 what another business in my building paid. They where fair honest and amazing. I can not be more thankful to them for all they did and the effort they took to help me when no other plumbing company would.
