They came the same day I called to see if my tanks needed pumping. One tank was fine,the other needed pumping. Besides pumping i installed two lids on the septic that didn't have a lid. I'm not sure I needed two of them, also not sure I needed what they called complete service pumping which was more expensive than just pumping. A leak from a bathroom was also found and a part in a toilet was replaced. The service was done quickly in spite of heavy rain,and professionally. But it was expensive! Technician Alan was very knowledgeable.

I called Rapid Rooter today because all of the plumbing in my house was VERY slow to drain. Luckily they sent me a technician quickly ( under an hour!) who was able to explain why I was having all of the issues. Other companies I called told me there would be a charge just to come out. I like how they gave me a price up front and it was free to come out. for all the provided services and tips on how to keep the pipes working properly, I was more than happy to pay. I now know they are open 24 hours a day, even holidays. I know who to call if I have any more problems.

God i wish I would've read the reviews before using this company!! I am extremely dissatisfied with what I got. I had an emergency...one of my water pipes burst inside my wall and it occurred on a Saturday. So on Sunday after not having much luck with my normal people...I decided to call rapid rooter...biggest mistake EVER!!! Not only are they ridiculously over priced. I hated the the way the tech started with an extremely outrageous price and within seconds would come down. Just trying to close a deal. But after the agreed price..I decided to renegotiate on the work and he had told me $340.00 for less of the work and when I said yes he said that for $380.00 he would do the entire work we originally discussed so I said yes. After 6 hours of watching him struggle to replace a cut off lever...and see him continue to have difficulties with the soldering of a foot long copper pipe...I thought he was done. When he went charge me, he had tried to charge me on the first quote...and after all the back & forth I ended up paying $120.00 more than what I agreed to...total rip off. And now 15 minutes after he left all the crap work he did...was still leaking. I called and and complained, and they send him right back...oh the agony!! He finally got it done after another hour & half. At least for the time being...I will continue to check for the next few weeks...because I don't feel confident in the work. And to make matters worse they call me today to check how everything went. As of no surprise I did not hold back on venting. And it absolutely got me nowhere. They had a manager call me so that I can explain...and he did absolutely nothing after the entire conversation. Talk about lousy company that won't even be willing to compensate a dissatisfied customer somehow. I even asked him to come to my house and look at the horrible work that was done. But nothing!! I guess when you deal with a mediocre company...you will always get a mediocre response. First and definitely the last time I will call this company. And my reviews will continue on through any and every media source I come across. I hope that no one else will have to endure the outrageous charging, aggravated causing, and lack of craftsmen ship of this company.

I have to say they came fast and the plumber was very professional. Their estimate was very high and didnt want to give me credit the for initial visit so I went with another plumber.

Rip Off company. Be prepared to pay BIG bucks if you call this company. To unclog a drain and put a camera in, during regular weekday working hours, I was charged over $1,000. They had to take up one of my toilets and to replace it with a new wax ring I was charged over $200 extra. And without me being aware of it, they also put in all new equipment inside my toilet tank which they also added an additional charge. There was not a thing wrong with the inner workings of the toilet, but after they finished reinstalling by toilet which they took up for convenience in the first place, they cracked the bottom (hairline crack) from where they bolted it back. The crack extended out from there, about 2 1/2 inches and there was water leaking out. Because of that, it cost me over $300 to find a similar colored toilet to replace the one they broke. They also quoted me a price of over $25,000 to replace up to 60 feet of lateral drain pipe under my house. If you have money to throw away and don't mind paying for things they break, then by all means call and use this company, Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

BEWARE: NIGHTMARE experience.. they will rip you off and act like they are giving you a deal..they charged me over 1k for a camera video and blow out and did not fix problem. They wanted another 5k to do it. Rude dishonest and unexperienced workers.

Came home from work one night and went to take a shower to find out my sewer was backing up. I found Rapid Rooter from google and figured I would give them a call. Even with it being 10 pm, they had a plumber named Jordan at my house in no time. He was very nice and professinal and gave me a fair price before even starting the job. They had to bring out a truck to jet my line which the manager Nishan drove it out and between them both got my drains working again! Very happy with the service, this company will be the only plumbers in my phone and I will let everyone one I can know about this company.

My brother called Rapid-Rooter last week because all of the plumbing in my house was backed up except for the upstairs bathroom. The price was very high but by the time I arrived they were already started so there wasn't anything that I could do. After a few hours the guy they sent over, that had been trying to use a rooter could not clear the clog. He called someone else to shoot a jet of water into the pipes. This was even more expensive. I wasn't around when he was there but when I got back home there was a layer of sewage in my house. If that fixed the issue I still would have found it in me to write a decent review. Unfortunately all this accomplished was to push the plug farther into the pipes with a slow drain. We discovered this a few days later while trying to do laundry in preparation for a trip. Now that I am back I called Rapi-Rooter yesterday to come over and fix the backup for good... I thought. Only after the gentleman on the phone sounding very optimistic and said there would be someone over within a couple hours. The night came and went without so much as a phone call.
