I had a backed up kitchen sink. Called early a.m. and asked for an early appointment. I did not realize they were in Pompano Beach which is quite a distance from me. Because of that it took the plumber a while to get here. I knew I needed a roof snake and the price seemed high to me but he was here and I needed it done. The work was done, and he worked cleanly which is important.

A month, almost two months ago, I wasn't present for the first visit and quote, but my husband says Gavin was friendly, professional, and knew what he was talking about. Gavin provided a written quote and came out the same day service was requested to evaluate for the quote. When my husband explained needing to submit a quote before agreeing to service, Gavin provided just that and wasn't pushy to getting the service right then and there. So I called back to schedule service. The first date I had to reschedule and I was thrown for a loop when they asked the reason for the reschedule..I find it a little none of their business. But today Jeff came for the rescheduled date. He was friendly and professional. My husband asked him if the job would still be the amount from the written quote. He stated it would. After I left my husband called me and stated Jeff said the job maybe more as he may needed to remove our toilet...I'm not sure what would have changed from Gavin's assessment and telling my husband today the quoted price could be higher. However, Jeff ended up fixing the issue at the quoted price and service time was less than an hour. I would use Rapid Rooter again because we had a second company come out for the quote process and their representative/ plumber was rude and rushed.

Horrible, awful, dishonest, thief's! I live in a very old florida house that had had problems with roots. My landlord (who is amazing) called them to come out to fix the situation. Never fixed the situation! Did not return phone calls! Charged him $1000 for nothing being accomplished! Not only all of that, the gentleman that came out stole our hammer drill out of our garage! They are back out again to try and fix the issue finally, 3 days after the 30 day mark and saying they will not honor the 30 day warranty! Worthless company! Don't bother! Ever! I give this company 0 stars! The only reason they even got 1 is b/c I had too!

I have had to contact this company on two occasions regarding my septic tank needing pumping. The first time dealing with them I was not impressed with the office. I called them at 11:30am on a Friday to have my septic tank pumped out because it was obvious that it needed it. A tech finally made it to my house after 6pm on a van. When he pulled up I asked him how was he going to pump out my tank with a van? After the tech looked at the area he stated that he did not know why they would send him out here if they knew I needed a pumping. In addition the tech told me that they would not be able to pump it out because it was too late in the day and the area where they took the waste was closed. The first tech could not locate the lid to the tank and had to call another tech to assist him. That took another hour for the second tech to arrive. Once they located the tank lid I was told that I would be second on the list for pumping the next day. I gave the tech my cell number because I had to stay in a hotel since they could not pump the tank out on Friday. Saturday rolled around and it was nearing checkout at the hotel no word from the tech. I had to book another night because I was not sure if they were going to come. About 1pm he called stating that the truck would be there by 4pm. Once again around 6pm the tank shows. The driver was Sheldon McPherson and he was super nice. He and I discussed what all had happened and he made sure he did everything he could to make things right. The second time I had to call them back out Sheldon was the driver again. Once again he was prompt, courteous and his customer service was second to none. If you need a pumping i would certainly recommend you request him. He will explain everything to you and give you the pros and cons regarding everything. He does not pressure you at all, but gives you the tools you need to make the best decision.

Had leak under house and made a call for service. They sent """"Rob"""" out that afternoon and he located the problem quite quickly and wrote us up a quote. Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and explained things well. We hired them to start fixing the problem that day. He fixed our problem and we are very satisfied with the results.

This is the 2nd time I've used Rapid Rooter in a """"I need a plumber NOW"""" situation. The scheduler was able to get me on the calendar ASAP. The technician, John, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and proceeded with the repair. He cleaned up after himself and took his shoes off before entering the house. How courteous! Five stars Rapid Rooter!

My elderly mother lives in Boca and we live out of state. Anyways we had a large job done and the tech kept in touch with me thru the whole process. The price was fair for the amount of work done and my mother said both guys on the job were very nice and cleaned up after they were done. Overall great experience with this company

My wife called The team at Rapid Rooter while I was out of town on business. Our septic tank was backing up into our home and we needed help quickly. Rapid Rooter guys came out within an hour and resolved the issue. Their team took the time, care and attention to make sure we were satisfied with the work and never once tried to take advantage of the situation financially. Rapid Rooter made such a positive impression on me that I now use their service for my business. Respectful, knowledgeable and dependable. There are not many companies you can say that about. It starts with great leadership and Their management is second to none. I would recommend Rapid Rooter to anyone who needs service.

My outside pipe sprung a link on a Sunday morning. After a few calls I got Rapid-Rooter. After the water company shutoff the water they were there within the hour. John was professional and did a good job. The price quoted was $450 for 1.5 of work. I figured the fact it was Sunday raised the price. In the end it took about 3 hours. The issue was resolved for which I'm thankful but not sure the price was fair. I didn't have much choice.
