Excellent service! Used them for a new garbage disposal and will be using them for future needs! Bo was our technician. He came in with shoe covers and got the job done efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and well mannered. Office person/owner called me to let me know how long it would be before the technician arrived before hand and then again when he was on the way. An all around excellent company! Highly recommend!

Probably good for small jobs/repairs only. Requested a quote from this company for re-piping and what a hack job they would have done in my house and then said I would need a GC to come in and rebuild. This was not true at all, just a lack of knowledge on how to re-pipe on their end.

Plumbing issues are probably among a homeowner's worst nightmare. Yesterday our kitchen sink became clogged. I called Rhino Rooter and my call was answered right away and an appointment booked for today. Mo was great! He took great care to leave everything clean. He was also very kind and explained why the clog happened in the first place. Basically I had been using my garbage disposal all wrong! I highly recommend this company. They're professional and efficient. They're also super friendly and helpful!

Great experience! Chose Rhino Rooter based on the Yelp reviews. Bo came this morning to install a new toilet for us, fix a shower faucet & clear a clogged sink drain. He was very professional, honest & helpful. Turned out the extent of the work wasn't as costly as we had feared. Setting the appointment with Nishan was a great experience as well. He followed up this morning to let me know Bo was on his way. Both guys speak perfectly clear English which is important to me. I will definitely call them back the next time we need a plumber!

Nishan and Bo came same day to fix a clogged toilet. My house was under renovation and the original plumber who installed the toilet had come out twice already to try to fix plumbing issues. Nishan and Bo were friendly, courteous, clean, and really explained everything they were doing. They even alerted me to potential issues so I could get my general contractor to fix them.
