Rapid Rooter Plumbing is my go to for everything plumbing related. Recently, they replaced 2 old shower/tub enclosures with brand new ones and did an awesome job.
They have installed sewer cleanouts, installed toilets, installed valves, water heaters, and serviced our water softener.
They are professional, show up on time, they are courteous, knowledgeable, and I recommend them to everyone. If you are in the Phoenix area they are your go-to plumbers.

In 12/21 I had this company come out to put in a pressure regulating valve on my home. The experience was great total cost $400 w/ 2 yr warranty. This including soldering to put in the new part. They did a great job. Fast forward to 11/23 and had them come out to evaluate it b/c the pressure in my house was high again. Come to find out the warranty is only for labor. The part itself has a 1yr manufacture warranty that I the customer am responsible for. Obviously I was annoyed and seeing as replacing the part would be as simple as unclamping the unions and swapping the part out I thought the price would be relatively low. BOY was I wrong! Total was $825!!! They had to audacity to offer me a $125 discount to $700. To be clear to swap out the same part which the job took me 20 minutes to do my self and the part was $92 dollars from a local plumbing store they wanted to charge me double what it cost to put in the original which is a much more complicated plumbing job. They even tried to charge me there fee to come out and evaluate the issue. They waived it cause I complained. Their excuse was inflations and increase in price parts. This is garbage and makes it so frustrating to trust and find a good plumber. This company now operates under this and Lincoln Air & Plumbing. The guy that came said they merged or got bought out. Moral of the story do your research and be mindful/skeptical of plumbing companies like these. They take advantage of the general publics naiveness as it related to home plumbing issues. If you do have a plumber you trust stick with it but always do your research. I will never use this company ever again and also remember that the warranty usually doesn't mean much so don't take that as selling point.

Rapid Rooter Plumbing took a week after my estimate to complete the work. It literally took two guys to cut a ring off slip in the new valve "" which I provided""Chad quoted me on a price for the job used my valve didn't bring the new shower handle and still tried to charge me the original price. Twice he cancelled my appointment, first time didn't even call and tell me he wouldn't make it out after I took the day off of work. I had to call the "" office "" to get answers. Disappointed with my service and the price I was charged .
