Scheduled a bid for a water heater replacement, the guy Mike never showed up. No call at all. although the office says he did.. really why would I call and inquire about the appointment. I scheduled time off work to be home! Be careful on doing business with this company, not sure if they know what integrity means!

Very unprofessional company. Do not do business with them. I was lied to about work I needed done from them. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I'm all for supporting local, but I have never been so mistreated and displeased with a local company in my life. Also, they are not 24 hours as stated, they show up late or whenever is convenient not considering other people's time or money. Super sad to be writing a review like this but my experience was absolutely horrendous.

Two peas in a pod, if you want a half ass job not done right and then no apology or provision to at least retains a customer with some type of incentive after having work done 6 months prior this is the company for you.. what a joke, the Owner and technician were not interested in making a bad initial transaction right. When I explained the situation I was told there was only a 30 day warranty on work performed period and that was industry standard. There were no attempts to address the obvious poor job performed.. Never hire a company that doesn't back there work, let alone rehire..

During the Memorial Day Weekend, we found that our hot water heater was leaking. NICKOLAS installed a new 50 gallon Bradford. Upon doing so, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND his scope of duties. The first one was damaged, therefore he promptly went to get a new one. He installed ALL NEW straps, hoses, drip pan, etc.
We previously had a negative experience with Rapid Rooter involving the KITEC, but NICKOLAS has renewed our faith.
I HIGHLY SUGGEST HIM TO ANYONE

We called Rapid Rooter because the water was running in our toilet. The guy came, looked at the toilet for 15 minutes, said ""I don't know what the problem is"" and said he had never seen anything like it before, then charged us $65. These people boast 25 years of experience and ""getting the job done right the first time is our mission."" Horrible experience.

So it's Sunday, so what could possibly go wrong!
Bath tub and both toilets suddenly not draining properly. Neighbor suggested rapid router, called and within the hour the truck was here and Timothy quickly and professionally determines our situation. Was it fourteen tree roots entangled in our pipes? No, simply a toilet in one bathroom that is quite possibly the same age as our home, built in 1964.
Certainly recommend Rapid Rooter on all levels. Price for a weekend call was more than reasonable and now we have a plumber we would use in the future. May have to request Timothy as he was awesome. Saw others reviews where there were complaints of how the bathrooms were left, not our experience at all so attacked a photo.

I live in an apartment complex to start off.. but when they came in to snake out my sink and shower they threw all of my stuff I had under the sink all over the ground and didn't put anything back and my things were spilt all over the ground.. ALSO they left a disgusting mess of dirt all over my shower.. they didn't even have the courtesy to hose down the shower.. very disappointed in the service I got, because my sink is also still clogged..

Came to unclog our shower and sink. Made a mess, threw our stuff everywhere and didn't clean up the crap that was clogging our drains, left it all over the shower and sink counter. Fuck these guys

While visiting family up in Sparks, NV over the Thanksgiving Holiday, my Aunt's hot water heater began leaking. We contacted Rapid Rooter and they were out today and replaced her 50-gallon tank. They were extremely fast, professional and efficient. I couldn't believe just how fast they were. I recommend them to anyone needing to replace a hot water heater unit.
