We were referred to Rapid Rooter for our plumbing issue that involved tree roots. No regrets here! They were very accommodating and professional. Rapid Rooter investigated and fixed the issue quickly. The other plumber we had out here wanted to rip out the floors and replace piping. We saved so much money calling Rapid Rooter for a second opinion. Thank you! We will definitely use your business again in the future.

On 10/17/24, our water heater bit the dust. We lease this property so the management made an immediate call to Rapid Rooter and we received a call right away. The administrative member, Sue, was very helpful and able to arrange for the plumber(s) to come out that afternoon. It was evident that the water heater (at least 15 years old) needed to be replaced. Lee and Robb arranged the approval and replacement right away and made the appointment for the following day on 10/18/24 to remove the old and install the new. Both Lee and Robb were experienced professionals being efficient and thorough; yet personal and friendly. They had everything back in working order with the new equipment in place in less than 24 hours from the breakdown. I (we) thank all the team members with Rapid Rooter in Sparks, NV for a job well done!

Scheduled a bid for a water heater replacement, the guy Mike never showed up. No call at all. although the office says he did.. really why would I call and inquire about the appointment. I scheduled time off work to be home! Be careful on doing business with this company, not sure if they know what integrity means!

Very unprofessional company. Do not do business with them. I was lied to about work I needed done from them. Please save your money and go elsewhere. I'm all for supporting local, but I have never been so mistreated and displeased with a local company in my life. Also, they are not 24 hours as stated, they show up late or whenever is convenient not considering other people's time or money. Super sad to be writing a review like this but my experience was absolutely horrendous.

Two peas in a pod, if you want a half ass job not done right and then no apology or provision to at least retains a customer with some type of incentive after having work done 6 months prior this is the company for you.. what a joke, the Owner and technician were not interested in making a bad initial transaction right. When I explained the situation I was told there was only a 30 day warranty on work performed period and that was industry standard. There were no attempts to address the obvious poor job performed.. Never hire a company that doesn't back there work, let alone rehire..

During the Memorial Day Weekend, we found that our hot water heater was leaking. NICKOLAS installed a new 50 gallon Bradford. Upon doing so, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND his scope of duties. The first one was damaged, therefore he promptly went to get a new one. He installed ALL NEW straps, hoses, drip pan, etc.
We previously had a negative experience with Rapid Rooter involving the KITEC, but NICKOLAS has renewed our faith.

We called Rapid Rooter because the water was running in our toilet. The guy came, looked at the toilet for 15 minutes, said ""I don't know what the problem is"" and said he had never seen anything like it before, then charged us $65. These people boast 25 years of experience and ""getting the job done right the first time is our mission."" Horrible experience.

So it's Sunday, so what could possibly go wrong!
Bath tub and both toilets suddenly not draining properly. Neighbor suggested rapid router, called and within the hour the truck was here and Timothy quickly and professionally determines our situation. Was it fourteen tree roots entangled in our pipes? No, simply a toilet in one bathroom that is quite possibly the same age as our home, built in 1964.
Certainly recommend Rapid Rooter on all levels. Price for a weekend call was more than reasonable and now we have a plumber we would use in the future. May have to request Timothy as he was awesome. Saw others reviews where there were complaints of how the bathrooms were left, not our experience at all so attacked a photo.
