David became part of Rapid Rooter when it was managed by the former owner. He is committed to ensuring quality service and making sure his customers are happy. Bringing 10 years of experience in plumbing, he has been with Rapid Rooter for nearly 4 years. He is affectionately called the ""Problem Solver"", he is well-regarded by nearly all inspectors in the South Jersey counties. He serves as the manager and chief plumber at the primary sewer line replacement projects, he is your go-to expert in all plumbing matters!

I wanted an estimate and saw the workers truck one worker was very rude yelling and cussing
Charles D.Extremely unprofessional. One of the plumbers almost got into a fist fight with a fedex driver. It's now been 3 months and my concrete still hasn't been finished. 4 times i was given a window of 1-2 weeks. 2 times they actually scheduled a date and both times they were a no show. After making accommodations per their request, They couldn't even give me the courtesy of letting me know they wouldn't be coming. I definitely would not recommend
This place has all the hallmarks of poor business practices. I was assigned them through AWR. First they rescheduled on me last minute twice. Fortunately I work from home so I wasn't too annoyed when this happened, but I can't imagine how inconvenient this would have been for someone who would have had to call out of work to wait for them. Which brings me to my next point. When they finally decided to give me a time, they gave me a window between 9am and 3pm- a large window, but like I said I work from home. A little after 3pm they told me the tech was still coming and the dispatch showed he would be at my residence at 3:30pm. When it turned 4pm I decided to give them a call to cancel since not only was it unprofessional to make someone wait around all day but I also had to take care of my kids. When I called to tell them I am canceling the service, the woman on the phone, who just sounded miserable about having to do her job, rudely cut me off before I can finish my sentence and hung up the phone on me. I'm sure the tech would have been fine but their management is lacking. I would avoid in the future.
Rapid Rooter took weeks to show up to do the job, accidentally cut through my *water* (not sewer) line, yelled at each other, eventually patched it up (I hope) and have left a big pile of dirt in front of my house with an orange sawhorse on top of it surrounded by caution tape. For months. They need to finish the job by replacing the concrete sidewalk, but I have been waiting for months, and soon it will be too cold outside to do concrete work and it will have to wait until Spring. An ""F"" experience. I'm trying to sell my home, and a big pile of dirt right in front with caution tape and a sawhorse is not helpful.
I took off work twice to wait for a plumber that never showed. No apology either time! I called and didn't get a call back till the next day. I've used them before and the plumbers were terrific and honest, but I won't be using them again.

Dee Nichols, the manager who answered the call, was very knowledgable, kind and understanding. In less than 45 minutes help arrived. Guy, the plumber was a knowledgable professional, who diagnosed and cleared the blockage. I highly recommend Rapid Rooter for any plumbing, heating and air conditioning installation and/or needs. The difference between Rapid Rooter and other companies is that they care about the customer even after they pay for services rendered. They are professionals who care about the people they serve.
I called this company cause i didn't have heat. They came to my home and made sure that they resolved the problem. What a relif I didn't have to leave my home with the kids. They even called a couple of days later to make everything was good. I was impressed with the way the company treated me . Thank you so much
