We had a back up in our master bathroom. Tub, shower and toilet were backing up. Ed the owner was awesome. He found the problem right away and suggested we get someone who has the right equipment to clear the blockage. It's 20 feet or more in between the master bathroom and the rear bathroom. We really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We will definitely be calling on him and his plumbing company again for future repairs.

We called Rapid Rooter based off of positive Yelp reviews and we were happy we did. Edward came out and cleared our kitchen drain and even gave us advice on how to keep them clean in the future. If I ever have plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely be calling Rapid Rooter again.

We had a clogged sink after cooking that we were not able to fix ourselves. We called Edward, and he came out to see us the same day within 2 hours. He was incredibly personable and fixed our problem within minutes!! Edward was very knowledgeable and kind, we would recommend him to anyone!

Problem started when I cashed the faucet out instead of going with the builder grade. Plumber who came to the house was great and was honest when he said my home warranty had the wrong information regarding the time he was there, as well as the faucet info. home warranty, Fidelity, stated 1 1/2 hrs - actual time according to the plumber was less than 15mins - a call to home warranty and they said rapid rooter would have to make the correction but easily done. A follow up call to rapid rooter and the gentleman said no problem, he would make sure I was happy. Unfortunately from that Saturday to the Tuesday the conversation was not remembered and I was also informed that they only do home warranty or insurance repairs!!!! Shame on rapid rooter for not coming back for the 1 1/4 hrs that the hone warranty had paid them for. I can see why they only now do hone warranty or insurance !!!! Absolute disgraceful

I had a clog, located somewhere in a branch from the main drain line, that backed up the kitchen and garage sink. Diane was able to set me up with an appointment that worked with my schedule. When Eddie arrived, he quickly got to work and solved the problem. Eddie is very professional and personable. I appreciate his candor. I read the Yelp reviews of several plumbers that deal with drain issues in the Fresno area before choosing Rapid Rooter Drain Master. Every company seems to have positive and negative reviews, so it was difficult to pick a clear choice based on reviews alone. But after this pleasant experience, I am very happy I chose this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ed was great! I actually got a hold of them at 9pm on a Sunday! He answered all my questions and scheduled me for Monday.

The prices weren't the lowest but, the way he knew exactly what was wrong from the questions he asked me I was very impressed and didn't really want someone else to work on my house.

He was in and out and the job was done right! I am adding him to my contacts as my go to plumber from now on!
